"I have a feeling they're sabotaging it before Lifetime."

You may have a point there, RJ.

"I have a feeling they're sabotaging it before Lifetime."

My sister (also a big PR fan) has been saying the same thing, but I don't necessarily agree.

And I really hope Leanne makes it to the Top 3. She's has some really impressive designs other than this week (the inspiration challenge and the drag queen challenge were both great). Plus, I love her personality.

And count me in on loving Laura Bennett. She was fabulous as a judge.

One thing that has disappointed me about this season is that time after time, the person I want to like disappoints... it was a real joke that the blond chick went home instead of Blayne.

Blayne has started to grow on me.

Re: Laura Bennett. I met her at a friend's birthday party, along with her husband, and she was very charming and friendly.

When I first met her, I said, "Oh, you were my favorite!" And she smiled self-deprecatingly (truly) and said thanks. Then I said, "I guess everyone says that to you."

And she said "Well, not the judges."

Reginald- I'm so glad you shared that story. I love Laura! She is a great designer and she has impeccable manners. She's a classy lady and I loved her comments on this weeks episode.

Supportivemom (great name, btw), she was a class act all the way.

She'd been at my friend's publishing house, and he'd just been introduced to her. He sort of casually mentioned that he was having his birthday party that evening and invited her, never thinking for a moment that she'd accept--or, if she did, that she'd show.

As I said, completely delightful. As was her husband, incidentally.

There was nothing classy about how Laura approached that Jeffrey issue in the season 3 finale.

VNYCurious, I don't remember the incident very well. What happened?

She accused him of having outside help in finishing his final collection. She couldn't believe that he did it by himself, so she went to Tim Gunn and complained, even though she had no proof.

TheatreDiva, I agree - that was beyond classless. Which was really sad, because I SO wanted to love Laura. Mom with kids (and another on the way!) kicking ass in heels? AWESOME! But then she accused another designer of using outside help, and I stopped rooting for her. Not cool.

Back to season 5, though - the seatbelt coat? WANT.

I guess I gave her a pass because I so loathed Jeffrey.

I don't have a problem with how she handled the issue with Jeffery at all. She had a suspicion, a good one at that and it didn't help that he couldn't provide the reciepts for a while. She in my opinion is one of the classiest designers in the history of Project Runway. I would love to see her as a replacement judge from time to time or permanetly.

A Question: I remember reading something when the season began about this Season having an "on screen romance". Does anyone remember that and have we seen this "romance" yet? My guess is that it is between Blaine and Jarell.

Now that was a good episode of Project Runway. That was the best episode so far this season.

I was so happy Leanne won again. That dress was beautiful, especially from behind.

None of the guys this season are strong. It looks like the final 3 are gonna be three women.

I was thrilled that Leanne won. She really deserved it, and her outfit looked the closest to what was in the collection.

I liked Kenley and Korto's outfits as well (though why did Korto still keep those awful yellow straps?)

Personally, I would have sent Joe home (that outfit was hideous), but I don't disagree with the decision to send Stella home. I love her personality, but she did not pull it off this challenge.

Yay, good bye!

That cape DID look very Dracula. Actually, it looked like one of those plastic costumes in a box that you buy your kids!

Stella never adjusted to the show. She said it herself - her ego was too big for it.

I agree with you DayDreamer. Stella had talent but she wouldn't compromise at all for some of the challenges.

Aaaah. It was the kids' first day of school yesterday, so I was adjusting to the early wake up and fell asleep 20 minutes into it. Thank God for DVR. I'll watch while eating lunch today.

This is the first season of the show that I've watched and now I am addicted. I am sooo rooting for Leanne. I think she's adorable and agree that her dress was beautiful. I hope she wins!

I hated that Jeffrey creep. That tattoo round his neck drove me nuts, I know it said, "One Ring to rule them all, one ring to find them..."
