Posted: 9/4/08 at 4:57pmI didn't see the whole episode, but I kept waiting for Blayne to say, "Who's Marlene Dietrich?"

He would have called her Marlene-licious.
Last night: I thought that Kenley chose the most beautiful print and that Korto made a great looking dress that captured the von Furstenburg aesthetic the best, but I genuinely preferred Leanne's overall. The back was just gorgeous.

Boy was Kenley upset she didn't win. You could see it on her face. She got pretty emotional at just the thought of working with DVF. I liked her dress, but I thought Leanne captured the essence of what was presented as the challenge better.
p.s. I have to thank DVF for creating the nicest luggage I ever had!

Joe needs to go.
End of story.
Leanne is so good...she keeps getting better and better every week.

Wicked, I agree with both statements.
Joe just seems not to get it. Except, of course, for the one he won.
Leanne is talented, and I find her appealing as well.

I was almost surprised that Joe didn't leave. Stella did very poorly, but I thought Joe's was atrocious.
And Leanne is definitely my favorite to win.

Joe did at least capture one aspect of the challenge which was Shanghai via Flower Drum Song, but a part of it nonetheless. They both deserved to go, but I liked Stella as a person much more!
Even her departure was comical and genuine.

Joe has no chance of winning Project Runway. It's both a tailoring thing and his questionable taste.
Does Heidi's over-use of the word "congratulations" bother anyone else? She doesn't have to congratulate the people who are safe. She does it every episode. In the second to last episode of Season 2 where they chose the Top 3, she congratulated Santino and he thought he won the challenge. I think the way Jacklyn Smith does the elimination in Shear Genius is perfect. She doesn't congratulate people haven't won, and she tells them that their work is "not shear genius." Heidi's way has become so formulaic. It's congratulations, congratulations, good work...da da da.

OK, I can't believe no one has commented about last nights show!
What was Blayne thinking? And Heidi's comment about the model looking like she was pooping fabric outta her butt was hilarious.

The Project Runway Fashion Show in Bryant Park is tomorrow morning.
With 6 people remaining on the broadcast (episodes aired to date) I wonder what they will do... how many of them will show?

Good riddance to Blayne!
And SO glad Terri was kicked off. I thought she was horribly rude to Keith... teamwork was one of the criteria of the challenge and she blew it.

That's a good question!
And yeah, Terri is a b-word. Major bad attitude!

Posted: 9/11/08 at 4:56pmI'm glad that they got rid of two, and the right two. They could have let everyone in the bottom go, IMO.

I wanted Kenley to get kicked off just so I could see her pout. I can't stomach her personality.
I loved Jerrell's skirt.

Suede really should have gone, his dress was really ghastly. But there was no way they were going to kick off two gay men, was there?
Feh. I hate this show.
