OH YES I DO.

What the F*CK? Truly. What kind of boring, lifeless, Joad-family like bullSH*Ttery was that about last night???? I have always adored Nina Garcia, and tolerated Kors in a 'Send forth the Jester for he amuses me' kinda way. But they were truly vicious last night. I think the producers of the show were actually confounded by what was taking place. They were clearly editing Gretchen in such a way as to amp up the schadenfreude when she faltered later in the season. I think they truly couldn't see the tag team of Garcia/Kors coming. So they did the only responsible thing. They gave them a TERRIBLE edit. They made them look like petulant children who were so mad at Mondo for not listening to their styling advice. It was astonishing. I'm including a link to a Project Runway recap blog who did an extraordinary job deconstructing the episode. Anyone who believes even a little bit that Gretchen was more on trend than Mondo need only to click below.

And Kors dig at Galliano last night? Dreadful. Old, bitchy queenness in the worst way. Put them on the ice floe and bring in Zac Posen and someone from Vogue.

So I take it that Gretchen won? I didn't get to watch last night. I never was a fan of her designs.

Watching Heidi during the entire judgery was amazing. It's like she couldn't believe it was happening. And neither could we.

And the idea that Mondo 'needs time' and 'isn't ready'??? If I were Mondo, I'd be livid with those comments.

Or a Hammer pant. I mean...she sent out a Hammer pant!!!!

Yeah, I wouldn't want to wear anything that would make my butt look like it was full of poop or whatever. Those are not shorts.

And what about April's signature sleeve cut-outs all season? As soon as I saw them in Gretchen's collection, I was sure the judges would comment on it. That finale was just...baffling. And while I agree that it was 90% "wearable" (except the God-awful vest with no-bra and diaper look, which was SO 1980), I thought many of the pieces looked either costumey (like the "Aztec" top) or poorly constructed. It was a Safari Sue collection. Ethnic clothes from a white perspective. I think she had a dress that I liked, but that was it. And I don't know a single woman who wants to wear a top or a dress with a butt-sling flapping around in the back. I was surprised Gretchen made it to the finale with the pieces she showed the judges, much less winning for the season. Something fishy is going on. Those deliberations were nonsense. NONSENSE! Michael and Nina sounded like those snotty teachers who can't take it when students prove them wrong and abuse their power to fail the students because the teachers feel disrespected. They looked petty and I think Robbie's right. I think they were edited to appear that way.

And I'm sorry, but Michael Kors calling those patterned pants of Mondo's "crazy pants"? REALLY? Mondo knew exactly how to make the most of that particular pattern and made that model look 8 feet tall. Are you telling me there is no model (or woman in general) who doesn't want to look tall and thin? Her legs looked like they went on FOREVER. That ain't crazy. That is f*cking genius design and construction. He should have won for the polka-dot dress and crazy pants alone. Neither Gretchen nor Andy had any pieces that were half as flattering on their models.

I remember reading something about this being the final season of Project Runway and at first, I was disappointed by the news. Now I actually hope it is true and that Heidi and Tim team up to reboot the show under a new title and make it their own.

Also really, REALLY agree with The Sassy Curmudgeon's essay on why she's pissed at Project Runway.

The show let us down. And now we can't trust it anymore.

PR is one of the only things that makes me miss cable.

Even the straight boys on my Facebook are up in arms over the Kors-Garcia Massacre.

What I don't understand is that they didn't like her mini colleciton all that much...but since she listened to them and accessorized it well for the actual runway, they love it? Doesn't make a lot of sense.

I do agree with a number of the comments that the judges made: particularly that Mondo's designs were too young and that very few people would WEAR them. There is a fine line between high fashion and costume.

I didn't partiuclarly care for Gretchen's work, I wouldn't have worn much of it. My personal favorite was actually, Andy's collection.

Jessica Simpson was a lump.
