Ah, thanks for the edit.
I never claimed to be sensitive.
But sense you ask, here you go: When you first joined, I tried to be civilized, to take you at face value and interact with you as I would with anyone else. But as our PMs reveal, from the beginning you have deliberately misstated other people's remarks and put words--ugly, incorrect words--in other people's mouths. When I tried over and over to point that out to you, as others have done here, you seemed not to care.
So I'm forced to conclude that either you are incapable of seeing the difference between the statements of others and what you attribute to them, or you do it on purpose.

Somebody who went to private schools all her life doesn't even use capital letters or apostrophes? I think you should get your parent's money back because that's pretty basic book learnin.
You're right: you didn't ask. What I should have said was "Since you're implying that I'm insensitive."
Either way, we have your answer.
And there you go. She doesn't care that she deliberately misconstrues statements and puts words in the mouths of others. She has said it herself.
i have my views, you guys have yours, thats fine. i know im not going to change yours nor yours mine. so why must we keep going back and forth??
1)i think MT was a great inspiration.... some of you dont
2)i think personal responsiblity, working hard and ambition are the keys to success, some of you think the govt is the answer
3)while i think her views on Homosexuality were misguided and wrong, some of you think that pollutes everything else she did but i dont.
thats it, and theatrefan, maybe its a generational thing but this isnt a term paper so like twitter, Facebook etc, penmanship doesnt count.
peace and love to you all.

I can't claim to read every thread on the board, but I have to say in the time I've been here, I've seen exactly 0 people express this view.
No one here has said government is the answer. But you don't care if that is true or not, as you have stated. And pure communism doesn't even say that, either.

No, it's not, but if your brain is programmed not to use these things here then how do you use them when you're actually doing things that are official or important? I don't even think about the keys I hit, it just happens so I don't really understand the reasoning for people leaving these things out. Surely people who use computers on the regular don't have to think about everything they hit. It's like an attempt to look dumb.

I think this board is full of people who have personal responsibility, have worked hard, and have great ambition.
i had hoped not to have to reply... KAD, REG we have all read threads where it has been said that the govt needs to increase unemployment, welfare, increase foodstamps and more this is what i meant by the govt is the answer.

Sure, personal responsiblity, working hard and ambition are among the keys to success. The problem is that they aren't always enough -- "failure" for want of a better word, is not necessarily the result of a lack of personal responsibility, hard work and/or ambition, and removing all government-based safety nets for those who, for whatever reason, aren't able to become the next Bill Gates strikes me as uncaring, unfair and just plain bad manners, to say nothing of socially short-sighted and downright un-Christian.
People should not be abandoned to starve to death because of a failed business, or because they lost their job, or needed medical care.
"3)while i think her views on Homosexuality were misguided and wrong, some of you think that pollutes everything else she did but i dont."
Oh no, my loathing of her came without the knowledge of Section 28.

What are the Falklands War and breaking the unions without her government being the answer in her own worldview?
People like Sue are the true legacy of Thatcher, of Reagan, of all like them.
How is possible if mother father make hide in suitcase come from communist Russia? Yes no?
thanks Kad, i take that as a compliment.
oh and theatrefan, you ever think that some people are on an IPAD or IPHONE and not a computer?
An iPad or iPhone has autocorrect. My iphone corrects me more than my computer

So they don't have capitalization or punctuation on IPADS or IPHONES? At least do the hard work of using correct punctuation and capitalization, or at least take personal responsibility for not doing so, or do you just lack the ambition to get these things right?
Be nice! Communist girl maybe use bootleg iPud or iFone no have capitalismization on for girl use good make good word choice.
haha jordo, you crack me up! one day i will make you my BFF! xoxoxo
Actually an iPad automatically capitilizes the first letter of a sentence. So you have to work NOT to do it.
