Evidently there's no technology available to teach the difference between "your" and "you're" much less to correct 3cpo to C3PO. Some folks just lack the willingness to do the hard work...

Do most "under 25s" disregard spelling as well? It should be "capitalize" not "captilize" and "punctuate" rather than "puctuate."

Most "under 25's" do not go through the effort to go back and re-spell words incorrectly that spellcheck fixes. Like "txting" or "puctuate".

And if you were really using an iPad or iPhone, the "O" in your omg would have been capitalized unless you deliberately went back to delete the capital "O" and retype it as a lowercase one in which that would make no sense at all. Yes no?

Sue are you from the UK, did you live here when she was in power, I can guarantee if you did and you were working class you would not be talking about her like she was some inspiration when she was in power or how all us here in the UK are mourning, I can tell you right now you are very wrong. People are not celebrating ( well actually some are) but most people ain't that sad. She did a LOT of damage unless you were already rich, she hated gays, working class, unions etc, she stayed in power by moving the election date when she was at her peak to make sure she was re elected. She ruled the country without feeling thought or consideration, it was her way or no way.

songanddance, thanks for an intelligent response. i am in USA now and am not from the UK so i do respect what you are saying as you lived under her rule, I do not so i have a different perspective. i will not disagree with you.

what i liked about her was that 1)she was a powerful woman who ran one of the greatest countries in the world 2) she helped end the cold war. I am from Ukraine and so that is MY perspective. if you look at earlier posts, i have said that her stance on homosexuals was wrong. and that any person in power whether it be her, reagan, obama, kennedy will have done things that you may not agree with and are not perfect. I just dont agree with people who said hurray the bitch is dead or other terrible things. I think maybe its cuz i believe in karma.

I tried posting this earlier but the wifi at my house is crap (read: stolen), so it never went through.

Sue, how much do you know about Thatcher's policies? According to a recent ThinkProgress article, she was more liberal than anyone gives her credit for.

She supported social health care and favored the NHS.

She also supported gun control.

I know I'm late in the game, but I wanted to throw that out there.

Hopefully the West will never see anyone like her again.

Margaret Thatcher's NHS legacy was privatization.
