Little Sally is on? Rosie as Lockstock? Really? I'm sure all of America has question marks over their heads right now.
"The Spectacle has, indeed, an emotional attraction of its own, but, of all the parts, it is the least artistic, and connected least with the art of poetry. For the power of Tragedy, we may be sure, is felt even apart from representation and actors. Besides, the production of spectacular effects depends more on the art of the stage machinist than on that of the poet."

I LOVED JEN!!!!
"He found something that he wanted, had always wanted and always would want— not to be admired, as he had feared; not to be loved, as he had made himself believe; but to be necessary to people, to be indispensable."

Alanis is lovely. Poor fashion choice, however.

Just tuning in since work ran late. Gotta hand to Alanis, though - she looks stunning and sounds great!

Where are the SKITS??? It's supposed to be variety television a la Carol Burnett, but there's been nothing to suggest an As The Stomach Turns or similar. It's just a celebrity talent show.
And no one grew into anything new, we just became the worst of what we were."

I actually don't mind Rosie's singing in this number. It works. It's cutsie. Whereas before with Liza it was the f*cking OPENING!
