The whole Sasha Velour thing was just blown out of proportion, since Peppermint is the one who lost the crown. Shea's loss was infamous because of the rose petals, but the actual final lipsync was equally dominated by Sasha, and no one would have beaten her, regardless of the pairings.

Also, I like that Janelle Monáe song, but I thought it was a horrible choice for the final lipsync.

I don't know Jordan. I definitely remember in that episode Alexis stating this could be the time to get rid of Shea, since she was not that week's winner. I also remember her speaking to Mayhem and the two of them plotting Shea's downfall. I also remember the two of them asking India to vote their way. The easiest way to exonerate, is to show the clips, which for some reason they are not doing.

I like all three. If I was only going on tonight's episode only, I would have given the crown to Shea. I thought her part in Clap Back was the best, her runway look was gorgeous and her lip sync the most watchable. I did not like the song they did however.

Did anyone see the Vegas Revue before they had to shut down? Is it worth it with Vegas prices? I have only seen one Christmas revue hosted by Bob the Drag Queen, a couple of years ago. It was not selling well and they reduced the tickets to $20 and it was in a really small venue. I was maybe going to see the Vegas show during my once upon a time trip in June, but I won an auction for two tickets for $13 to X Country, which took that time slot. I do enjoy a nice set of ta tas on ladies and can't beat the price.

How can you "remember" this, if they never showed it on the show? It's fairly easy to go back and watch the episode and see it never happened, at least not shown, so you're potentially remembering what India portrayed and you just wanted to believe it at the time.
Moreover, India literally did an interview 2 weeks ago where she said that the conversation with Mayhem and Alexis happened *after* India had voted (which she said during the episode today as well).
I am very glad Shea won. She deserved to win. I do think that Juju and Alexis could have won just as easily and I would be just as happy.

Just rewatched it. It's in episode 3. Get a Room. Then the vote discussion is in episode 4. SheMz. Alexis is the instigator and plots with Mayhem. Then tries to bring in India. Was it actually campaigning, probably not. Was there a scheme initiated by Alexis to try and get rid of Shea since she was in the bottom.....YES. The excuse Alexis gave Shea for her reason for voting for her was clearly BS. She clearly states in her confessional that she was voting out Shea because she is a tough competitor and this was her chance, since she was in the bottom. The same for Mayhem. The reason she gave Shea was also BS. When the votes were discussed and Shea only received 2 votes, Mayhem clearly states "well that backfired" Which tells, she was in on it also. Rewatch yourself. I don't have to imagine anything, when it was clearly shown on tv, at least with my cable provider. A know- it -all has been served!

I’m more relieved than anything that Shea got the crown. Now we can put that dreary sob story with the rose petals to bed at last. I will say that no queen had more show stopping looks on that runway than Shea, and that counts for lots when you’re talkin’ drag queens.
But shout out to Jujubee who convinced me I’d pay to see any of her gigs in a heartbeat— no one was wittier this season.
And brava to the whole cast for making a stunner of a final runway. That was worth all the crap this season.

I thought it was pretty much a three way tie going in, and a three way tie up to the final lipsync, which Shea simply walked away with. I wanted to see what she was doing with that song, which I couldn't say about Juju or Cracker. Cracker's sad little attempt at a special effect with the glitter pouring from her, uh, cones really should put that kind of thing to rest for a while, shouldn't it.

^ Agreed. Could you imagine how sad it would have been had Cracker won and paraded the runway in the scepter and that pathetic old bathing suit? Sheesh, gurl!

The glitter titties should have shot streamers out. That little glitter leak was just kinda sad.
Overall I think I enjoyed the season more than a lot of people. Maybe it’s because I have so little to actually do during this time and I love the series so it was something to look forward to each week. But I stopped actually caring who wins a while ago, like I said above I thought Juju should have won but whatever. They all make bank at shows and DragCon (whenever those return) so there’s no real losers.

Amazon Prime and Hulu have select seasons available, and I've been revisiting them a lot. I particularly enjoy watching seasons 4 and 5, and All Stars 2, because it's like a trilogy, with Phi Phi O'Hara, Alaska, Detox, RoXy Andrews, Alyssa Edwards, Latrice Royale, and Coco Montrese making appearances in 2 seasons each. Hulu even has the Untuckeds for those 2 regular seasons, and they're also extremely entertaining.
