Raku to Close Doors on November 15th — Page 6

The Doctor was not sure what it was but they gave me serious antibotics for 12 weeks. After I was done with it I felt better so whatever I had was gone.
They didn't know for sure what it was but they thought it was some kind of PARASITE.
I would go to the theater and my stomach would growl. I felt sick all the time and I did lose weight.
I mainly eat cooked or smoked sushi:
Shrimp Tempura
Sweet shrimp and smoked salmon are less risky.
I used to eat spicy tuna tartar. That is what did it.

BTW: If Corine is eating sushi regularly, all that rice will raise her blood sugar. We don't want the "pulse of the city" to be stopped, do we?

Hope to see you there
47th 7th and 8th.

This doesn't seem to be an unusual statement for a woman who thinks the sole purpose of a cookbook is that of a doorstop.
Sad. Terribly sad.

I'm kidding! I just wrote that now as a joke to get a laugh. There was no meatloaf recipe thread!

How shellfish...I mean selfish! Raku's famous sleeping waiters are the ones suffering! Where are they going to nap?!

That's a bit disrespectful for the dead, don't you think. I hope you're trying to make a joke...

#3)Sleepy Raku and #4)their publicist?
Seriously, don't you think you are overreacting just a tich?
And how can we "PARTY EVERY NIGHT THIS WEEK FROM 5-6" if it is closing on Thursday? And why just from 5-6?
Posted: 11/12/07 at 3:57pm
And there are more than 4 people that work there...

We hope it will stay open till Friday. He is trying to hold on till Tuesday now.
It is all up in the air.
The one uptown is a different owner. I have never been there so I don't know if it is any good.
PS SUE. I am not over reacting. I adore the sushi at Raku but I have become friends with all of the people that work there. Additionally, I have become close friends with Ray and will miss him and all the others terribly!

GET A LIFE.
There's a war being fought in the Middle East, starving people on the streets of most of our major cities, a serious crime problem in New York, children who are being abused, pedophiles everywhere, and a decline in morality the world over. THOSE are issues you should be concerned with. However, to care about any of them would require an iota of altruism. That's something you have always lacked.

If you're close friends, Corine, perhaps Ray will keep in touch?
Posted: 11/12/07 at 4:10pm
I care about Ray and his family and all of the workers there who will be out of work.

I am more concerned about that then sushi.
Thanks, Namo.
You spend 3-4 days in a place and you become close to a person.
I have gone to theater with Ray and his kids.
I am sad.

The patrons of Raku join in solidarity with the soon-to-be-unemployed staff.
Either that, or it was very, very bad fish.
