Today's press release from the ACLU refers to it as "gender confirmation surgery." Please make a note of this immediately. OR SUFFER THE WRATH OF A THOUSAND HASHTAGS.

I remember when confirmation was a simple matter of a bishop slap and a choosing a name. Now it requires medical insurance.
