I've seen only one or two episodes this season, and that was quite enough. To paraphrase another semi-country singer, they didn't impress me much.

Has Mandisa said anything about hating homosexuals? Or has she just said how important God, her faith and Christianity are to her?
I'm just wondering because just because someone is a strong Christian does not mean they automatically hate homosexuals. I need to loose interest in her because of how she feels about homosexuals, then I want to know that she actually does feel that way, and we're not just assuming that she does.

Ok, so I finally broke down and watched AI after a friend begged me to and I'm glad I got C&W because I can't stand all the faux-soul pop crap (though there was a bit of that still going on). Wow, pitch problems aplenty with almost everyone and most went unaddressed. Is that normal for this show? Having no other exposure to the contestants previously, Kellie and Katharine were my favorites followed by Chris (who is Hottie H. McHot-Hot Hotster). Judging on talent and star factor, I would have to eject Taylor. That was...just...yikes.

Oh yeah, and Ryan's facial debris looks awful. Did anyone else think he appeared three sheets to the wind? His eyes were always sort of half-closed and with the lack of shaving, I would say he had crawled right out of a back room near the docks somewhere.
