They paid for "Sympathy for The Devil," so I'll stay tuned.
Trying to watch and signal constantly breaking up. I gave up on it. It looked good from what I saw so will download it tomorrow to my kindle
i'm waiting for lizzie wherein lizzie borden awakens in 2013 and has to find all the descendents in her family line and kill them with an axe. all while nursing an unholy addiction to reality tv and meth.

I think it's going to be Lizzie & The City. Lizzie Borden is a modern day sex advice columnist in Manhattan, with three feisty friends. ButbLizzie has a secret and it's rhe reason she never me tigons her parents!
Dude, the pelicans are at your keyboard again.

The redesign doesn't always play well with iPad or phone, which is all I got til the MacBook refresh.
Nope . This sometime happens with TWC . Tonight it was like a million bees were attacking the picture. I will see it tomorrow night.

So I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed it... the premise was a bit odd and I wasn't sure if I would like it, but that was a great pilot... i thought the two leads had wonderful chemistry and I'm loving the mythology they are setting up for the series. I plan to keep on watching it. It will be like my new FRINGE.
Very much enjoyed the pilot. I am worried whether or not future episodes can sustain the momentum, but it looks like it will be a blast.
I thought it was (mostly) a lot of fun. The fast pace is smart because if you stop to think about any of it for a millisecond you're bound to get a splitting headache. The leads are appealing and will make a fun Mulder and Scully duo.
The show is a hybrid of Once Upon a Time (Beharie is in the Jennifer Morrison role) and Supernatural (the boys had to steal the rings of the four horsemen of the Apocalypse in season 5 or 6 I believe!).
I'm ready for the next episode.
I thought it was a very solid pilot and I really loved the two leads. I don't recall having ever seen that actress in anything before but she is fantastic. It was interesting the way they set up the backstory. The end gave me chills. I was genuinely frightened.

She's Tara True Blood II, therefore I love her.
I was really on the fence about this idea when I first heard about it and I was proven wrong. Thought the pilot was great. Never a dull moment and I didn't feel overwhelmed by the wealth of knowledge we were given. The leads are great and have some really good chemistry there. I thought the girl was kind of like a younger Kerry Washington. Glad that I didn't write it off completely after seeing Orlando Jones and John Cho's involvement.
I also saw little moments of Fringe in the show. Glad to see that they're establishing the mythology upfront and then going more monster-of-the-week. Part of why it took so long for me to get into Fringe was because they did the exact opposite. Hopefully this will have the same life (although not as rocky).
On a related note, do you think FOX is helping or hurting by premiering their shows so early?
Nicole was in Shame, as the coworker he dated.
I think FOX was smart to premiere this show early; almost all of their new shows are premiering this week btw. Why not be the first horse out of the gate and have no competition with viewers and buzz? When a show waits until October 17th or some other late date to premiere it runs a big risk of getting lost in the shuffle.
All of the summer shows are winding down too. Under the Dome, Mistresses, Camp- these shows are all now over. Why wait?
I think Sleepy Hollow will have decent ratings for at least the first few episodes simply because there's nothing else to watch.
I enjoyed it. I was mostly relived that it wasn't dumb. I very much liked the leads (and yes, she reminded me of Tara as well). Also, I think it's great to see so many actors of color in what could easily have been an all-white show.
I was curious about where it was filmed, since it looked authentically Westchester County to me. Turns out it was Salisbury, NC, which is about 20 minutes from where I grew up!

I think the reason FOX does it so early is because of The World Series... that way they are not premiering shows in November... and the world series is still on FOX, right?
oh and I too had a bit of trepidation when I saw Orlando Jones was in it... I've only ever seen him in comedic roles so it was really nice to see him do something different and I enjoyed him immensely...

I enjoyed it. I'm a bit skeptical about just how religious and bible-y it's headed, but I'll keep watching for now.
At least the religious stuff will probably make sense unlike the WTFery that was on Under the Dome last night.
The religious stuff was a little Zero Hour-y for me (it's in Washington's Bible!!), but it didn't bother me.
The ratings are out and it was a MAJOR hit! It got a 3.4 in the ratings share which is pretty amazing. Looks like all the advertising was on target and paid off.

The last minute of UNDER THE DOME really pissed me off. That was an awful way to end the season.
And the ending of SIBERIA pissed me off even more considering theres no chance that'll be coming back.
