I never saw Benji do a dance that I didn't enjoy. I cannot say the same for anyone, this season.

See, for me, and I know I'm in the minority again, but Travis Wall never danced a solo that I didn't enjoy, if not thoroughly enjoyed. And I must disagree and say that Sabra's first solo, I believe for the top 20 results show, was one of the most beautiful things I've seen in a long time.

I agree with you about Travis. I'd add Heidi to that list. That's my point about this season. It just doesn't compare to last season for consistency. A lot of that is the fault of the choreographers. Let's hope they step it up this week!

I don't see the arrogance in Danny that everyone else seems to see. What I see is a kid who has built a wall around him. Something happened in his youth because he was living with Travis' family. This show is probably the best thing for him because he is learning how to open up. As far as versatility, I would like to see the other dancers pull ballet as their dance for the week! Just sayin'

And I agree that Danny has walls and just doesn't show emotion like others do. Different dancers have different levels of emotion and how they express themselves through dance. Although, I don't think he's at a lack of experience or happiness from living with the Walls and as much as I think this show is the best thing to happen to him "publicity wise", I would put dancing with ABT (or wherever it is he studied) on a much high lever than this. And I mean that in a good way. This kid is good and has been rewarded for that talent.

Mom, that is an excellent point; I had not thought of it in those terms. However, he still bores me, despite his technical skill.

This season is probably one of the best in my ops, I think they should have a ballet section being that ballet is strongly looked upon for dancers.

I really loved Mia's contemporary dance for Neil and Lacey there was not a dry eye.

does anyone know what they will win when it's over? I know last year it was a chance to be a dancer in Celine Dions show!

I had to reach for my bottle of "artificial tears", because my eyes were so dry and my contacts were bothering me.

Victoria, if any of them (with a few exceptions from all three seasons) drew "Ballet" from the hat, it would just be....painful...to watch. I think. Unless they made it reeeeally contemporary, Desmond Richardson/Dwight Rhoden - esk.

Anyway, the masses are more entertained by the overall competition vibe of the show. Myself included!! They're all great at what they do!!
(I've ALWAYS said there should be tap!! I totally agree!)
(I didn't cry during Mia's piece either...sorry ....)

Does anyone know what they will win when it's over?

I think this season they just win money. In the past 2 seasons both winners have turned down the larger prizes.
(Nick turned down the NYC apartment in season 1 and Benji turned down the Celine gig last season)

I didn't much care for Mia's dance...

My favorite thing I've seen was probably that "Hip Hip Chin Chin" routine that Lacey & Danny did. (I think those are the right names... I've only seen a couple episodes)

Totally agree. Still think Sabra can win. VERY disappointed in Lacey's solo and I like her. My daughter and I did not like the song choice for Mia's choreography. Didn't seem like it went with the dance. To us, it looked like Lauren and Danny were just running around a lot. However, I loved the leap that Lauren did when she jumped backwards into Danny. Loved Lacey's mannequin. I was a little worried when she wasn't dancing much at the beginning. Loved Neil's plange move over Sabra but didn't love his solo. Really love to watch Pasha perform- he's such a ham! However, his solo didn't showcase much. At this point- it's anyone game. I would be happy with whomever wins but I would be especially happy if Sabra takes it!

Mom, I'm changing my choice for best male to Neil. And tonight, my favorite performance was Lacey's mannequin, although I still think Sabra's great.

Jane- yeah Neil can do a lot of tricks because of his gymnastics background and he is performing better than he used to. However, the only thing that bugs me is how high his shoulders are. I also feel like he should open up more with his arms. Love seeing the height in his leaps though. I still love watching Danny's solos but I think he is awkward with partner dancing. Pasha is just fun to watch. I think either Danny or Pasha will go because Neil seems to be pretty popular. Either Lacey or Lauren will go for the girls as Sabra seems to be popular. It's time for a girl to win this year!

A strong show tonight. I think Lauren and Danny should go. I'd be happy with anyone other than Danny winning. Lacey was my overall favorite, tonight.

It's about time I really got into an episode this season. Tonight was a great night for each contestant. Based on tonight, Neil and Sabra are the best 2 dancers on that show right now. I hope Neil wins this thing. He blew me away (again) tonight. Lacey and Danny need to go home. I love Lacey, but she's been really disappointing lately. And Danny's great but Pasha and Neil really stepped it up tonight, I felt, earned their spot in the top four.
