The LSU campus is amazing. I use to work there. But, I still love A&M more (its just one of those things that I have grown up loving).
If you come to A&M you can easily get a guided tour, but you can also PM me and I can take you around campus too. Probably not as informative, but might be more interesting and fun.

EEEH! where are the BUSH ADMINISTRATION CENSORS!! public displays of affection! GAH!
Condi! Condi WHERE ARE YOU!?

Posted: 2/9/05 at 4:14pmJRB before you turned to (word that rhymes with wussy but that BWW censors, but that also means kitty), your pic was indeed a boy kissing a boy. My question was simply were these boys people-of-interest beyond their openness and beauty? like was it from the pop opera BARE for instance, or from a film i should definitely see? or was it an excerpt from your future feature in the "Blind Date" article for GENRE?!?!? *LMAO*

Posted: 2/9/05 at 5:05pmOh, Caroline, my observation is that all Houstonians hate Dallas and Vice Versa.
HOUSTON#160
Posted: 2/9/05 at 5:07pmi am native to neither and like them both. i just need to spend more time in Dallas, some of their theatre offerings make me salivate.

or that "Houston" is pronounced differently in NYC than here..."SoHo" notwithstanding...
but then again, there's the whole "MissouREE/MissouRAH" debate, not to mention "ArkanSAW/R-KANSAS"...
let's call the whole thing off!

It's prob a pic from some porno--but that mise en scene was sweet and tender. :)
I love Dallas--the gay scene is better. The theatre scene is cool, but the better regional theatre is in Houston--the Alley Theatre alone gives Houston the upperhand.

dunno, JRB, i hear such great things about Dallas Theatre Center and also Lyric Stage...then there's the Fort Worth contigent with Casa Manana performing at the new Bass Hall downtown PLUS in their renovated thrust theatre.
"thrust"...now that's a way to segue to porno...

One thing that is great about Dallas is that they have more little theatres--I think more Equity houses than Houston.
But, If I were to choose to live in Texas again (LMAO), I would be torn, but would prob choose Houston because of the Alley and Stages and TUTS.

I lived in Houston and Dallas. I found very little to like about Dallas at all. Dallas has WAY too much attitude. It's not an attractive city at all (Houston has the tropical thing going for it. Green year-round). The freeways in Dallas make absolutely no sense and are not really close to anything practical. The only thing I really liked about Dallas was The Ranch (oris it called The Round Up? It's been a while...). Best gay C&W club EVER! Houston has better shopping and the Montrose neighborhood friendlier and prettier than Cedar Springs, though Cedar Springs is not as spread out as Montrose.
Personally, I would encourage anynoe who must live in Texas to move to either Houston or Austin. But Chicago blows them out of the water!

Posted: 2/16/05 at 12:49amI already PMed C-Q-TBoo about this, but I just wanted to annouce to all my friends on the HOUSTON board that I got by letter for my PVA Callback today! WOOT. That means out of 240 kids, I'm in the final 60 for 30 spots. WOW. Then again, compared to other auditions, thats nothing. So hows everyone?
