Wow, yodamarie! That is fantastic!!
And you, too, spidey!
All y'all keep strong! I have been weak these past two weeks. I can't stop being HUNGRY. And, this hasn't been a problem before. Hoping it's just winter and all---but then it hasn't exactly been cold. Ugh.
I've only gained two pounds though. I am going to be very serious this week to get back on track.

A belated Thank You to everyone! Your congratulations and encouragement really mean a lot to me.
And congratulations to spiderdj! That is an excellent beginning.
And to Jerby, good luck and hang in there. We all have our weeks where it's just too hard. Hopefully they will be followed by many more of smooth sailing.

Spider, excellent work.
Yoda, I just wanted to add publically how proud I am of you for how much work you have put into this. You are astonishing, all the time. I can really tell how much happier you feel, and it makes me feel ecstatic as well.

I am sorry that I am late to the YodaMarie78 congrats party! She totally deserves it.
I didn't even recognize you in that first picture.
That is amazing progress and it's really a source of major motivation! Thanks for sharing the pictures with us.

Penguin you are the very best!
Patronus, if you would like to pretend that the Before is not in fact me go right ahead. I don't like to claim it.
Jerby, you look amazing! Your success is very encouraging.
Kate, Congratulations!
To those who are considering posting pictures, yes it is very scary, but it was really worth it. I can't express how much everyone's reaction and congratulations helps. This has to be worth at least 5 "thin days."

good morning, everyone!
i had my second weigh-in this morning, and although i was really nervous because i had a not-so-perfect week, i ended up losing another 2.6lbs, which brought me to 6.2lbs all together!
i figure if i keep this pace up, i'll be down somewhere around 12lbs a month, which sounds really super sweet to me!
hope everyone is having a wonderful week!

Posted: 2/7/06 at 12:45pmThat's fantastic, but remember that it can slow down to 8 pounds a months and then 4 pounds a months--slow weight loss is healthier and longer lasting, so be patient. Some weeks, you will gain a little. Again--be patient with the process. :)

What Jerby said is very, very true nice steady loss is really preferable.
The important thing is not to be discuraged when it slows down, remember those first couple weeks are when you body is making a large adjustment so the changes are more dramatic.
The future changes are really meaningful, when you start to really feel > healthier.
#523re: The BWW Weight Watchers Club
Posted: 2/7/06 at 1:21pmAnd don't be discouraged if you have small gains back! Your body will start to yo-yo slightly because it is confused. But persevere!!!
