May I suggest Hebrew National 97% fat free hot dogs? They are absolutely DELICIOUS and only 1 point. Just make sure they say "97% ff" on the package and not "reduced fat". I think the reduced are 3 pts each.
They are amazing...taste just like a regular hot dog.

Yeah, I get the Hebrew National when I am craving junk. You can also get the Wonder Light Hot Dog Buns which are also only 1pt.
I like putting the bun in the toaster after grilling the hot dog. (insert obligatory innuendo here).
Anyway...
Starting Weight: 221.5
Last Weigh In Weight: 195.5
Today's Weight: 195.5
I am actually thrilled to be at 195.5 again.
I got a little out of control over the past couple of weeks. I usually weigh in in the morning so my weight is at the lowest, but at one point my night time weight had jumped back to 200. That FREAKED my FREAK.
This is the first time I've had a real "setback" during this journey so I got into a mini-rut. So, I've been really focusing on losing and was actually "unofficially" up to 198 on Sunday morning, so I am back on track.
I was never able to get back into my exercise routine after the air conditioning incident earlier this summer, but I planning on forcing myself to get back on the elliptical machine starting tonight and really get going for the stretch run. I have 10.5 lbs to go to make my initial goal and idealistically I'd like to be there in time to enjoy some of the summer.

I have had no less than 4 co-workers today tell me that I look really thin today. I am wearing clothes that are a bit tighter than I normally wear, so I suppose I should attribute it to the outfit (thanks Clinton on What Not To Wear) to a certain extent, but it has made my already bulbous head swell a bit more this morning.

A couple of wheat crackers. My other snack for the day was cottage cheese and a banana. Cottage cheese, blueberries and strawberries was my breakfast this morning, too. I'm kind of glad that cottage cheese doesn't come up on my diet menue for the rest of this week, because the last few days have been overkill!

Yes, I am a horrible person. I didn't post my progress last week. I gained half a pound, but it could've been much worse. So...to this week's results:
Kitzarina's Weight Watchers Tracker - Week 5
Starting Weight: 173
Last week: 165.5
Today's Weight: 161
Yay for losing four and a half pounds! That makes 12 pounds overall
The most interesting thing is that I didn't monitor myself as closely this week. I ate when I was hungry and made sure that I ate things that were relatively low in points, but I didn't count each individual thing. I think I'll go back to being structured next week, so maybe this was just a fluke. If not, I'll seriously consider joining the Core Plan.
I even got some exercise in. The most fun was when I went to the birthday party of my friend's five year old son. It was at this play place that was full of inflatable gyms. There was a lot of running and a lot of jumping. I also discovered that I really love my treadmill. That will probably end up as my exercise of choice.
So there we are. Yay for Weight Watchers--I can't believe it's been over a month already!

Patronus: You better have gotten on that elliptical earlier on in the week!
Go Kitzy!
soapguy: Your body will hit those ruts, because it also has to adjust to this change that you've taken it through. Use the rut as an impetus to do something different and get out of the routine.
