Zora told me that I can have chocolate every day. That's why I've gained ten pounds in the past six months. Argh! I started the "life plan" AGAIN this week. Sigh!

I weighed in this morning and lost 3.2, bringing my total loss to 10.4 over 4 weeks, which makes me happy.

Well, perhaps my week of debauchery actually did a little good. I've been back on plan for 5 days and I dropped what I had gained back plus two more pounds. I don't weigh in officially until Sunday, so I could still swing up again I suppose, but I am so happy that this didn't totally set me back.

Well, I was on it, I just fell off...completely. But recently I've just been more concious of what I'm eating and WW makes it a lot easier. And secretly, the math geek in me loves counting points, and distributing them through the day.

Me too. I was on it about 2 years ago, lost a whole bunch of weight and then totally fell off the wagon. I'm fairly certain the wagon even ran me over. I ended up gaining all my weight back. But now I'm ready for another go and my weight is heading in the correct direction again - down. So I shall see...
