Yay for white cheese!!

I just had a South Beach Diet pizza and baked Ruffles.

I had some delicious crepes this morning made with white cheeses and topped with strawberries.

And I'm down more than 15 pounds since starting the diet to about 175. Twenty more pounds, and I'm back to my high school weight.

But Calvin, you're so tall! Some of that weight is just inherent body mass!

Twenty more pounds and you'll weigh as much as I do. And I'm shorter than you are!

I actually lost five pounds on my first week back on my "life style adjustment". I also dumped 190 pounds, but that's another story.

Not to fret Cookie, I have a third dinner with 150 pounds scheduled for tonight. SOMMS-y is never wanting for a good meal.

Starting Weight: 221.5
Last Weigh In Weight: 195.5
Today's Weight: 193.5

Lowest I've been since I've focused at all on my weight. I am also very excited to be out of that "Stuck at 195 rut".

It's been a decent week considering Anji is out of town and I miss her. No binge eating though, I've managed to stay pretty productive.

I haven't made it there yet. I've been getting in from work and then "working" until about Midnight tonight.

I do walk 2 miles a day though - which in LA is a bit of a miracle.

As Missing Persons told up...Nobody Walks in LA.
