I think that his first audition story (he accidently went to an audition for Lion King's Rafiki (african-american middle aged woman) and still went in and sang and gave his monologue and always checked the details of auditions ever since) is just great

Sure Jacob, you're a straight male. haha. Just kidding. Yes. I love John. I just hate the pookie names people give him like J Tart or J Tags or the Tag Man... ugh... his name is John. Anyway, yes. He's adorable and I woulda paid good money to see him as Rafiki in the Lion King so ha!

Posted: 10/22/04 at 9:51pmI'm really not seeing the Pascal similarity- which is good, since Pascal isn't exactly my favorite actor out there. Tartaglia, however, is a really fun and dynamic performer. :)

John Tartaglia is the most talented and nice person ever! I will never forget when i met him at the stage door. I told him how talented he is, he looked me in my eyes, shook my hand, introduced himself formally, and wanted to know who i was.
