The show will NOT be rescheduled says a source from the King Center.
This sucks. =[

Wow, that really sucks for everyone who had tickets tonight. The cancellation seemed rather abrupt this afternoon, and I know that if I had tickets and then got an email at 4 something the afternoon of the show I would be pissed as hell. I hope there's at least a valid reason.

I actually hadn't seen that so thanks for posting it over here, Fromage. It's kind of silly that he didn't just go on by himself, but I suppose he had his reasons (did he tan too long at the beach? night swimming? shuffle board and bacci?).

Adam Pascal is afraid to leave his comfort zone. That's why with the never changing setlists and the rehearsed banter at his shows. He'd be fine going out on stage alone, but only if that's the way he'd planned it all along.
Also, he's flaky.

Thanks for the heads up Lepetite! It's much appreciated.
This is exciting news about Jesse L. Martin. Does this mean he won't be playing Marvin Gaye? I heard that somewhere...but perhaps it was just a rumor. I will definitely be watching his final L&O episode this week.

In the biopic? It seems like that rumor has been around for a while, but nothing has ever really come of it. I'd rather see him come back to Broadway, though.

I'm almost embarrassed to admit how excited your link made me, misschung! That sounds so promising! I did some sleuthing a while ago and Jesse is still going through with the Marvin Gaye movie, which seems to be filming in late spring and early summer in Massachusetts and Europe. IMDB says that the movie is scheduled to come out in 2010, but the page hasn't been updated in a few months.

I don't think its creepy, it's just cheesy. And it's like, 10 years after the fact. It was probably cute in 1996, but now?

Haha, I think the best part is the closing text frame.

When I watched that video before work this morning I ended up having to mute it because Adam's singing was really upsetting my cat. She meowed repeatedly and hid under my bed until I turned it off, which I thought was really hysterical.

Your cat is smart.
My friend Regina's cat went into a lustful frenzy every time Pascal was played, rolling around and trying to nuzzle the phone it was coming out of. Ordinary Boy was her ~favorite song~.
