I'm kind of disappointed that the dragon isn't actually SINGING. I was hoping that Adam's voice would actually, you know, come out of him when he talked.

Despite the LOL factor, he sounds good!

His lips weren't moving, and at the end, that high note totally overlapped the last chorus, lol. But it's all good. I sort of wanted to hear him talk throughout the show, because he's got such a great voice.

All throughout watching that I kept thinking of the convenience store dragon statuette that my father gave me about 6 or 7 years ago. I named it Freddie Mercury.

Umm. I don't have a TV in my room, so my parents watched it with me in the living room. (How appropriately juvenile of me.) My dad fronted like it offended his senses, but he totally put off his shower (when he has to leave in like, 10 minutes) to hear the dulcet tones of one Adam Pascal.

I'm serious. I will give 5 dollars to whoever shouts that to him in New Haven. I would actually do it myself, but I'll surely be much too far away.

I fell asleep at an insanely early hour last night, so I'm just now catching up on Alive in the World reviews. It definitely sounds like an interesting concert, and as I expected, I really love the music. It's too bad that they didn't include some sort of dialogue....the NYMF production did have a book (albeit abstract), so it doesn't seem to be a matter of there not being anything to tie the songs together, they just didn't present it in the concert. I'm sure that it would do better with a stronger, more cohesive book, though.
