re: The Official Adam Pascal Love Thread, part 14 v. 2

You guys are going so fast tonight it's hard to keep up with the conversation. I'm busy making some pictures on sticks to go along with a couple of Eric Carle books for my toddler placement and refreshing here and there to find that you guys have filled pages.

So with the current conversation, I like Billy Joel, and only some Elton John. I've stopped listening to just Adam, and now it's whatever comes on random out of all my songs. I've found I've gotten picky and don't really listen to a lot of live stuff from anybody because I hate the applause, even though I've set iTune to put everything to the same volume it never does.

Did anyone else watch the Jon Bon Jovi SNL repeat last night? orangeskittles and I were joking about how Adam uses Jon for inspiration in so many realms.

i didn't see it on tv, but they played part of it as the opening for the final Bon Jovi show at The Rock last night. They played the part where Jon steps out of the SWW poster. Hysterical!

I can't have it as a general ring, because if like my dad called me and that was ringing.....way tooooo creepy.

re: The Official Adam Pascal Love Thread, part 14 v. 2

I have "Only the Good Die Young" as my ringtone right now. re: The Official Adam Pascal Love Thread, part 14 v. 2

Adam got annoying after a while, and I'm pretty sure my roommates were ready to kill me every five minutes when it went off when I got texts.

re: The Official Adam Pascal Love Thread, part 14 v. 2

yeah Tink, i agree. I'll have to carefully select the songs. re: The Official Adam Pascal Love Thread, part 14 v. 2

re: The Official Adam Pascal Love Thread, part 14 v. 2

Ok, seeing as how I missed a topic change ... I can't be bothered to figure out any other ringtones. I probably wouldn't even notice my phone was ringing if it was playing a song.

re: The Official Adam Pascal Love Thread, part 14 v. 2

I have the generic chime for texts, but I put my phone on vibe then ring, so I usually pick it up before it even rings. I recently switched my regular ring tone back from show tunes to 3 Doors Down.

re: The Official Adam Pascal Love Thread, part 14 v. 2

I only have one ringtone, Girls Just Wanna Have Fun. That's been my ringtone since I got my very first Nokia cell phone back in the day. Of course, it's ruined the song for me, so if it comes on, I instinctively check my phone. I've tried to change it a few times, but it's become so Pavlovian that I don't realize it's MY phone ringing until someone points it out to me. That can be embarrassing.

re: The Official Adam Pascal Love Thread, part 14 v. 2

I've always been too cheap to download ring tones. Now I think I might have to.

I never realized that Just Here to the Left of You was dirty until I sat down with the lyrics. I think it's because I always assume everything is dirty - when something actually is, it just goes over my head.

re: The Official Adam Pascal Love Thread, part 14 v. 2

my ringtones are sort of themed. my friends from the matchbox20/rob thomas boards have mb20/rt ring tones.

my husband's is our wedding song, which was bon jovi. and my work people are bon jovi.

WYO is my general ring tone, and SOL is my general ringback tone.

to hear them i don't think they sound that dirty, but when you actually read them and see how they're phrased. yeah... definitly dirty.

re: The Official Adam Pascal Love Thread, part 14 v. 2

I can't download ringtones to my phone. It's not compatible with that website because it doesn't have bluetooth, e-mail or music, and my parents disabled purchasing of ringtones, so I just had to choose from whatever came with the phone... which I feel like nobody does anymore. I keep my phone on vibrate about 95% of the time anyway, but when the ringer is on, it's a toss-up between Love Me Do and Singin' in the Rain.

Sorry to backtrack a moment, but Cheryl, I have the version of the Mute CD with 8 songs on it. Were you saying that the two extras listed on a-p.com are the two extra ones on your CD, or do you have two different ones?

re: The Official Adam Pascal Love Thread, part 14 v. 2

mine's just a standard ringtone as well. I don't get that many calls, and my phone is usually on silent anyway.

yeah, the extra's are the same as the two others listed on my cd. at least i'm 99% sure they are, i don't have it on this computer so I can't check the track names, but i know Mute is track 9, so i'm assuming they are the same as the two extras.

Anyone knowing where I can obtain a NON crappy sounding MUTE recording, please PM or something. I am really intrigued to hear it now, but the recording I have is beyond horrid quality.

I also just have a ringtone that came with my phone.

Emcee, it's Adam's fault. If the Nederlander hadn't eaten your phone, you could have the blow job song play every time your parents call too. re: The Official Adam Pascal Love Thread, part 14 v. 2
