re: The Official Adam Pascal Love Thread, part 13 1/2

yeah and i think adam's voice has matured so much over the last few years... i mean even listening to the OBC Recording of RENT versus hearing him on stage, the difference between recorded and taped aside, i think he sounds amazing now.

That's what it sounds like, LuckyStar. Logically, it makes sense for them to do the Me and Larry (... god, again) show in January, not a show exclusively comprised of Broadway/cover songs, since that's the month when the album is supposed to be released. I might end up eating my words, but I personally wouldn't read too much into what dates are on which sites or even descriptions from the venues' webpages. Information gets left out or people get misinformed all the time. I vaguely remember a description of one of the spring 2007 shows that mentioned Adam would have a drummer and sing songs from Aida, both of which didn't turn out true.

As a sidenote, I forgot to mention that Adam said "Easy As Life" would be part of the Broadway State of Mind show on the Sirius radio interview.

I am so behind. Did Thread 14 get deleted or something? I'm sorry, but I was away and unable to access a computer.

Wow, that's weird.

I love Adam's voice now, so hopefully it is showcased on the album. I think I might try to go to his Westchester show. It's about time I saw him doing his own thing live.

It appears that all the posts on BWW from 8/28 until a couple of days ago were lost, GG. We haven't heard anyone say they're lost for good yet, but it's been a while.

No, not at all!

Have we seen this link before?
http://www.whartoncenter.com/performances/productionDetails.aspx?productionID=609&genreID=67

this is the first time I've seen his performance labeled "NY State of Mind." But, like Lexi said, it's all subject to change at this point

re: The Official Adam Pascal Love Thread, part 13 1/2

That's the exact description of the two different types of shows directly from his booking agency's website. I don't claim to definitively know which show he's doing in Michigan, but that's the sort of thing I was referring to when I said venues are misinformed. I would suggest that anyone curious about what "type" of show he's performing at a certain venue to call the venue itself rather than inferring anything based on the venue's website, because I'm positive that sort of information has been inaccurate in the past.

Adam should probably post this type of info on his MySpace, considering it's his concerts and he would know. Well, hopefully he would know. :P

he should post it in his myspace, but he won't. hopefully he'll stay off of his myspace for a while and enjoy being home.

re: The Official Adam Pascal Love Thread, part 13 1/2

If I remember correctly, the Port Washington show was originally advertised as the Broadway State of Mind show, but this was months ago when some random person from the theater logged on to post about it. Then, it resurfaced in their website as a generic concert. So definitely take Lexi's advice and not rely on written word, lol.

re: The Official Adam Pascal Love Thread, part 13 1/2

Oh yeah, I'm not taking the information on this website seriously. I just haven't seen one advertised as the Broadway State of Mind Show before - I guess I didn't see the Port Washington one that you're talking about, Tink.

They really should fix that though, because I could see people potentially buying tickets to this in advance and being disappointed, you know?

I am way too lazy to search back to Part 11 or 12 and look for the details, lol.

Hi GG nice to see you again! re: The Official Adam Pascal Love Thread, part 13 1/2

When I told my friend about the Me and Larry name they thought it was for a Seasame Street album. I was like "No...it's for his upcoming rock/what'ev he wants to put on there album." Then my friend was like "He should just pose as SuperGrover anyway!"

That is so funny. Now I really hope that he album is named differently, otherwise I might not be able to take it seriously.
