Yup, that's it. I honestly didn't catch on until Lexi mentioned it, but after hearing the song again on a certain site, I'm surprised I missed it.
I guess the rest of the song (the first part) is original then... I wonder why he added Eclipse at the end, other than the fact that it went well with the first part of the song.
I know this has nothing to do with Adam, but I wanted to share this with you guys.
Today it is bitterly cold in Chicago (as I imagine it is pretty much everywhere else), the high temperature is supposed to be about -5 today. Our community High Schools are in a different district than the community Elementary and Middle Schools. My mom wakes me up this morning telling me that my sister didn't have to go to school today, but I did. The two districts share a bus garage and there weren't enough busses to use today because it was so cold. They decided that High schools would stay open while the other schools were closed. I am so mad right now!!!!
Ok I just read this and realized I sound like a total B!tch. Sorry!

Oh, man, that stinks dancin Just because of the buses?
Nice signature by the way- I'm in love with that show.
Dancing, you had busing issues too? Man alive! So this morning I wake up and its supposed to be high's of -20, and the three major school districts in our area are closed because the buses were incapable of warming up properly...but our district kept school running because our buses were in "fine working condition." Hell no! The bus was freezing this morning, I literally thought my toes fall off.
Believe me, don't be sorry! You're defiantly not alone; and it's good to vent frustration out anyway
hmm...I've never heard of that before. When I was in school, it didn't matter how cold it was, the bus was always there!
The busses were supposed to be able to start in at least 40 below weather, but not many of them did
ETA-Thanks Alex, I love the show too!
The majority of the kids in my district walk, so that's why the schools were closed. They'll probably be closed tomorrow too.
My school district rarely would close and only for blizzard conditions when the roads weren't clear. Then my junior year, they sent us to school in conditions they really shouldn't have, and a girl at my school was hit by a car walking to school and was killed. There was this huge backlash over it and her parents sued the county for wrongful death, so now they close schools as soon as 2 flakes fall from the sky.
Yikes, now you've certainly got a "better safe than sorry" situation in that district.
I was remiss last night in not posting.
For all the Friday concert goers:
Our fingerprints don't fade from the lives we touch.
Puppies are babies in fur coats.
Tinfoil...The Terrorizing Terminator
haha, can't wait. Going out tomorrow to buy an outfit (any excuse to shop)!
My school closed yesterday-the power went out. It was freezing today and they might close tomorrow due to heating issues.
I finally got the two Chatterboxes I ordered: Anthony Rapp and Adam Pascal. They were both awesome! I learned a lot about Adam that I didn't know before. And his look was certainly different... I loved the nail polish. :P

I really need to order the Chatterboxes, I keep forgetting about it.
Isn't Anthony's amazing too? I've watched it far too many times.
I'm currently waiting for my Bebe one. <3
And um...Adam! My drama teacher had an Aida OBC playbill and I was looking at it and I thought of you all.
I had a rather awkward conversation with my history teacher, who wanted to hear about Adam's concert (no idea how he found out in the first place). All the while, I was trying to figure out if the teacher is younger than Adam. I think he is. Now I suppose I'm some sort of reverse pedophile.
I need to order the Chatterboxes too.
I see Adam everyday in my drama class, my teacher has a huge Rent poster(it looks like the OBCR cover) on the wall of his room, and sometimes when I get really bored I just stare at it.
I'm currently waiting for my ordered Chatterbox to come in, so it should be here in another week or two, which excites me to no end
I know a bunch of us will be at the show on Friday, but it is anyone here going to the college show tomorrow?
Broadway Legend Joined: 12/31/69
It's students only, so I'm guessing no. I always feel so bad when they make the concerts for university students only - he probably plays to, what, 75 people? I've never even heard of the college before, either.
Am I the only one not looking forward to seeing "MaryKaaaaaaateeeeeeee" and her little 14-year-old friends at this NJ show? I'm going to flip if I have to deal with literally ear-piercing screams again. I want to hear Adam talk and sing, not little 14-year-old girls - who probably understand the emotional impact of absolutely none of his music and voice and are just there to hear him sing Glory - scream. Because, you know, he's totally gonna bang you if you scream loud enough.
ETA: God, I just realized how awful that sounded. My family is going through some really serious stuff right now, so I'm not in the best state of mind and probably shouldn't be posting. Anyway, I'm excited for the show, and it should be a nice distraction from what's going on.

Well I don't have to worry about screaming, all he'll have to do is look at my new boots and we'll be golden! lol. You crack me up!
I share your worries. I don't know who was at my first show, but it wasn't so bad. This one scares me. I have to remind myself that I'm too old and will get arrested for hitting teen girls now.
I've had friends go to that college in the past, but yes students only must suck for attendance.
I'm not looking forward to the presence of any such individuals. I just hate people who shriek through concerts at the tops of their lungs. I'm there to hear Adam sing, not his fans make barely-human noises. And they don't shut up because they think he loves it, or whatever.
I don't feel well and if I *still* don't on Friday, I'm going to be even less thrilled about those fans. Not what I want to hear when I'm trying not to like, throw up. I just don't get why they have to do that. I know it's nice to show your love and whatever, and that's their way of showing admiration, but is it so much to ask that you're not blatantly inconsiderate in doing so? I feel like this is cold and mean, but it's just ridiculous. I often feel like people don't do that because of how they "feel" or something, but rather just for show to prove that you're THE most excited about seeing him out of anyone else in that room.

Both fall shows I attended weren't too bad in the way of obnoxious young teenage girls, mainly because the audience actually seemed pretty diverse at both shows. I'd say that the people sticking around to meet Adam after the show were definitely of the young girl crowd, but I was surprised at the number of middle-aged and even older people in the crowd at both of the shows. However, as I think a few of us on this thread mentioned before, there were two or three girls sitting directly behind us at the Queens show that literally hurt my ears with their shrill screaming. I love enthusiasm at concerts - in fact, I wish he'd rock out during at least one song so I could get up and dance (even though none of the theater snobs would join me, I'm sure) - but there's just no need to act in such an obnoxious manner. And I've been in such an awful mood lately that I will tell off the little annoying "IT'S ROGER FROM RENT!" fans.
you're THE most excited about seeing him out of anyone else in that room.
Right, I get that sense, too. Sadly, it proves nothing but their own obnoxiousness.

I didn't see your ETA before I posted. I hope everything works out with your family!
I think the audience at the Queens gig wasn't bad at all, but we just happened to be sitting in an unfortunate location. They were painful.

I know. It hurt. And sadly, I think those girls were slightly older than me.
And thanks for your well wishes. I don't want to get into anything on this thread because nothing is definite, but I'm really worried about someone in my family. Hopefully everything will work out.
