Sunday in the Park

theatrebabe, I never like to unilaterally speak for all people but most people I know personally fit somewhere other than 100% one way or another on that scale.

Nia you made sense.

Nard you did as well, another thing I'm all to familiar with here at school actually.

Em, exactly.
I stand corrected, you are as vapid as they say.

Sunday in the Park

Reiterating my last question; I want to hear people's thoughts on it.

It's funny, how we all condemn rumors but secretly thirst for them.

#1178

Sunday in the Park

My protection instinct severely clashes with my naturally human thirst for gossip. It's baaad.

And to your last question, nia, I really think it depends on the particular people - personalities, beliefs, upbringing, etc. I don't think that something so... unconventional can have a concrete formula.

Sunday in the Park

Wait I got behind..whats the question or subject being talked about now?
#1181

Sunday in the Park

oops I missed your question Nia.
Are they all equally ok with that? well, I don't think I would be. I also wouldn't get into it to start with though, so I can't be sure. I think there are so many varieties in people's tastes and appetites that the situation almost certainly has to be right for some. I also think that there is a good chance some in relationships like that are in it more as a test or trial, expecting it to end. Enjoying it (hopefully) in the interim.
I stand corrected, you are as vapid as they say.

Sunday in the Park

Okay, I retract my nighties. That's allowed, right?

I thought it was an hour later than it actually is! I am tired, though...meh, five more minutes.

In answer to your question, Nia - I think it would be impossible for a group of people to live together like that! The ugly green monster would rear his head somewhere along the line.
#1183

Sunday in the Park

so u do agree that everyone is someawhat bi

Yes. At least a little bit, I do.

Hi again, Ellie.

Sunday in the Park

That's what I think too.

I can't imagine that everyone wouldn't be a little bit bi underneath it all.
#1185

Sunday in the Park

Nia, I think I've somewhat answered your question - that it would be very difficult, but maybe not impossible at least for a while, for a three or four-way relationship to work.

As for rumors and gossip, we all love them, let's face it. I agree that it's not a good idea to post anything potentially damaging or hurtful publicly, though, and also feel that the spirit of the gossip can make all the difference. There's gossip that's all about taking an interest in what's happening in the world and in our friends and neighbors lives, and gossip that's an expression of hostility, envy and hatred.

Sunday in the Park

Did I miss a juicy bit of gossip while I was gone?

Gossip is bad.

*is a hypocrite*
*but an attractive one*

Sunday in the Park

Ya gotta keep up newbies! Sunday in the Park I'm kidding, I'm struggling as well.
theatrebabe, here's my response from earlier:
Nope bisexual is generally more of a "sliding scale" where you are attracted to one sex but still can be peaked by the other, in different levels for different people.
I also think that on some levels love and sexual attraction do not always completely mesh, possibly the case with your examples

I stand corrected, you are as vapid as they say.

"Oh I don't know, Thenardier. If it's clear you think the person is an ass because he's an ass, and not because he's gay, then it should be okay. (That sounded weird.)"

Sometimes they say, "You think I'm an asshole because I'm gay"

To which I reply, "If you think that, you don't know me. In which case I am wrong. You are not an ass. Just an idiot."

And Jeanclaude - when you post after me, it looks like your checking out Idina's ass.

Sorry, Emcee.

Billie Joe actually dumped both of us for Edward. How 'bout that. I was really hoping to try out this commune approach.

Sunday in the Park

For what, nia?

Edward needs love.
