No I would def drive up in my own car regardless of passengers. By carpooling I meant, I can drive others who will keep me company and hopefully contribute some gas money Raul! <---wrong thread? :-)But it's obviously a long time away, just thinking/typing out loud of ideas that pop into my head.

"If there was a Mount Rushmore for Broadway scores, "West Side Story" would be front and center. It snaps, it crackles it pops! It surges with a roar, its energy and sheer life undiminished by the years" - NYPost reviewer Elisabeth Vincentelli

Well, it's many weeks after my midterms, so one obstacle down.

I heard it was 20 hours, but that does seem like a lot. I'll check Raul! :-)

Em, you could always arrange with your mom to celebrate her birthday the weekend before. Then you could have the nice celebation, present exchange, time home, etc. with her without rushing it and making it seem like she's seconary to Adam. I had that one time, my dad wasn't going to be home for my birthday, so we celebrated it a few nights early.

Well, if we go out to Cincinatti the week before, we could have our celebration then. I'm certainly willing to try to make up to her that I won't be there, but this isn't the same excuse as "I can't come home, I have class," you know? I'm not just going to ditch her without putting in an effort to do something different.

I just really want to be there. Maybe he'll play some new music.

Skittles, the websites I looked up said that to get to Boston I'd have to go via Syracuse. And I think it's about 12 hours for me, so take away the 3-4 hours it would take me to get to Syracuse.

Skittles, it's like 4 and a half hours. My boyfriend is from Boston and he makes the trip all the time. Raul! :-)

Sorry, I'm an idiot. It's 7.5 hours. Now I remember where I heard the 20 hours from- it was when my friend got stranded somewhere in Western Massachusetts on his way home. That's the abnormal trip from hell, not the standard travel time. Raul! :-)

I was born a blonde, you know.

Probably like 5 or 6 hours, Mel. Closer to five, I'd think.

Mandi, is that Jake?

He has beautiful eyes. And his eyelashes are so long- I'm so jealous. Do you know how much mascara I have to cake on to get that effect?

Don't get me wrong, I'd probably be all over him if I met a guy who looked just like him in "real life." I just can't bring myself to drool over him as a celeb! Heath, on the other hand...
