Jake's cute, but I do still find Heath far, far more attractive. I tend not to fall for Hollywood actors EVER, though.

I've always loved Jake's eyes.

Haha, yes he is, Fantab. Like Em, I don't really crush on Hollywood actor boys at all, though. I also usually fall for the dark-haired, mysterious, broody types... of which Heath is none.

But he's just. so. pretty.

I just have a huge adversion to the whole Hollywood... thing, in general terms. I hate how so much of Hollywood stardom *isn't* based on talent. There are certainly *great* film actors, but so much of what they can do is overshadowed by the gossip of the day. I hate that talent isn't top priority.

The Hollywood thing is so *not a real place* in my eyes. It seems so fake. But when you have Heath saying things like this,

Ledger also seems blissfully happy beaming, "Michelle and I are like two peas in a pod. Everyday I just fall deeper, and deeper and deeper in love with my two girls."

How can you not swoon over him?

Me too, Em! Although this sounds stupid, I hate how it's always the same actors and actresses over and over again, even if those people aren't the best for the part. I also agree with you on the gossip. I'm a huge gossipwhore when it comes to certain things, but general Hollywood gossip isn't one of them (I am SO TIRED of the Angelina/Brad gossip! Enough!).

I really don't find either one of them attractive. If I was to choose though, like I've stated before Heath has the accent.

He's so romantic, I could melt.

I also hate that so many of Hollywood's token "stars" can only play the same part over and over and over again. They overshadow the legit, versatile actors who actually have a craft and not just looks and a knack for press.

Sorry to drag it back a page, but... Highway is such a great movie in which Jake has great hair and even better goggles.

Right Em, and they're so typecast, and make it that much harder for new, raw talent to break through.

Oh I love Hollywood actors as much as broadway...Johnny Depp, Orlando Bloom, Brad Pitt I don't love anymore but the man is attractive, Jude Law, Ryan Phillipe, Hayden Christiansen, Patrick Swayze of Dirty Dancing days, Paul Walker, etc.

And yeah...particularly the gorgeous man on my left Raul! :-)

ETA: I totally meant from a looks perspective. Of course I respect and admire bway actors more.

I think Jake is cuter than Heath too. I don't know, Heath's never done it for me really. I wouldn't say he's ugly, but for some reason I never looked at him and thought gorgeous. Same w/ Josh Hartnett. He always seemed so...average looking to me, never saw the attraction there.

Well, looks like I'll be going back to Brokeback tonight. Was hoping to see Producers finally, but my friend got home too late, so we went through some movies and I said I'd see it again and I know she'll love it. Leaving soon.

He was talking about how he's the voice of vh1, and they way he speaks is how he sings...and then he did this weird moan thing, which sounds like how that dude sang.

The guy who plays Roger in the NYTW is really bad. And the songs are so wierd...like Right Brain instead of One Song Glory. That song makes me laugh.

It's almost sad to think that they couldn't find anyone better for NYTW. It's also really weird that the NYTW guy and Adam sound completely different. Like, I thought they always wanted a guy with a "rock" sound. If so, why the hell did they use the guy that they did?
