Is it, strictly speaking, a mullet? I always thought mullets were: front half, very short; back half, very long. Whereas the SoR hair seems to me just a rather ugly wig. They were probably afraid that Adam with his own hair would be too attractive to be a character we're supposed to dislike.
Probably. And, they fairly succeeded in making him look unattractive. It's definitely somewhere in mullet territory.
Okay, so how would you describe a mullet? Just curious.
Short-ish in the front, long-ish in the back?
"buisness in the front, party in the back"
SORRY to semi-thread jack, although it is adam related...
Long early 90s hair vs. short, bleach blonde 80s punk buzz cut?
Which do you prefer? For me: the 80s! :)

haha, hi Jwei! On Adam? The long, dark.
Compared to some posts here, yours hardly qualifies as a threadjack, Jwei.
Hmmmm. Can't we have both? Oh wait... we will!
But seriously, I've gotten to like the long hair, though it was disconcerting at first. I'm not a huge fan of the short wig itself, though that overall look is pretty hot. Going outside your choices, my favorite look for Adam is probably his early Aida days.
Early AIDA as in AIDA Chicago or early AIDA Broadway? We have the hair discussion way too often, but I don't think I've ever seen a man who changes his hair so much! I LOVE it like that picture on the back of the AIDA CD case. That's what I pick if I can't have black.
That's what I meant too, Emcee. And I agree, for someone not into fashion, Adam changes his hair an awful lot. I hope one of the interviewers he talks to about the movie asks him about that.
I recind my previous vote. Adam's hair should be BLUE. All the time.
*snort*
! I *especially* hope someone asks what was up with the blue hair!
Have to go do errands, see you later...
byeeee!
*looks dejectedly at pile of books*
Blue haired Adam! I love those blue haired pictures!!
Do you all remember Chia Adam and his greenish hair?
ohmigosh! We were talking about that on some other thread.
chia adam??! hmm i like.
I am sorry but the blue hair on adam made him ten times sexier!!

Nice av, Zippy.

I MISSED YOU ALL! My weekend was less than lovely- the roomates from hell and way too many Wicked fans for my liking.
thanks nia! now i can't stop thinking about adam and his blue hair! oh i just got back from sin city and there was a motel called mimi's. i couldn't stop thinking about rent!
It wasn't the same without you, Nia. I got a little taste of Wicked fans (or more accurately, Idina fans) lately by following a link to an LJ. A little much.
Jen (or do you prefer Zippy?), how was Sin City, aside from the RENT associations?
*bounces back in*
Helloooooooo!
chloe- either or is fine with me. Whatever you want to call me! sin city was intense. Very violent but at the same time great. The film itself is beautifully done, the acting is superb, especially micky rourke and the story is entertaining. I reccomend it if you don't mind gore and violence.
<--- is squeamish.
Hey Emcee! I'm glad to see you bouncing after all that flu or whatever. By the way, I finally got to see the Under Pressure video (actually moving instead of with a bunch of still images), and loved Adam bouncing away at the end of that too.
Good, jen, I find it hard to call anyone zippy for some reason. Sin City is certainly doing well. Violence can be a problem for me, though, kind of depending on the context. How was Rosario?
Out of all the performances, i didn't really notice rosario. she was just ok comparred to everyone else. I went with my step-father and he said she looked like condoleeza rice in drag. now i found that harsh but at the same time funny.
That's an... interesting comparison.
Chloe, Adam bouncing (in any context) = !! For like three months, I had that issue with the video being pixelated. I think I tried it every single day, then gave up. One day, it finally worked!
