Yay Barb <3 Lovely slideshow tonight. Was sad to miss it live --- *squeals* that pic of Joanna and Greg is adorable!
WoW was that quick Barb. Great slideshow and love the Jo/Greg picture since I missed that one live. And the Tom/Greg kiss is juct adorable.
love the slideshow! specially the joanna and tom pics. lol.
watching Legally Blonde. Love this movie.
oh, saw harry potter today. Loved it overall. The beginning was a bit choppy and a bit confusing if you haven't read the book. but the rest of it was great. They didn;t have anything about SPEW, Dobby, and Winky. Glad they didn't. Would have been a bit confusing. Lots of disolves which made the movie more serious than just a kid's movie. and a huge amount of funny lines, looks, and scenes. I cried at the end. Maybe cause I just going through a lot of emtional **** right now. nothing special or really importnat, so don't worry. oo, and Cedric Diggory is so hot!!!!!!!!!! you guys have to see it!
Yeah, I felt like a total dork becasue I cried at the end too. And it's a rare occasion that I cry during a movie, especially one I'm watching in public.
I loved how Snape barely talked/was even in this one, but when he did/was is was really funny. Like the scene where he hits Harry and Ron is worth the $10 alone. IMO.

haha i loved the part where he hit them. it was great how he pulled his sleeves up... yeah. oh and i cried at the end, too. my friend who's never read the books cried, and someone behind us sobbed. i really like it though, i think it's the best one yet.
I agree that this one is the best so far, and I'm sure there only going to get better.
i loved that scene! I started crying when Harry brought Cedric back. and seeing him cry. that whole scene was so powerful!
Circusliz you stole my name, so um, we can't call you Liz. lol. Welcome to the thread by the way!
Anyway, just watched the slideshow, quite intriguing if I do say so myself.
Cat, we are not calling me Liza, kthx. And I do do tricks, I'm just waiting for the right time to reveal my teleporting skills!
I'm seeing Harry Potter tomorrow!! Finally!
And um...I love Greg Jbara?

haha mafia much Liz
lol..noooooo.
I'm so tired. and oh! I see Kerrie was on the cam, quite a surprise, yay Kerrie, lol.
Hey guys. Just posting before I retire for the evening. It was a nice show tonight. The cast looked a bit beat but its Sat night so that was to be expected. Sara is on vacation or something so we had Julie Conners as Jolene. She wasn't too bad, with an interesting spin on the character. Norbert looked a bit beat but he was awesome as usual. Manaic as he can be. John was a bit tired as well and flubbed a line in Give Them What They Want. Still they both gave their usual fine performance. Greg is the man as always and Joanna was fine tonight. Norbert DID NOT come out the stage door tonight incredibly so I was not able to confirm some website stuff with him alas but it was still a fine night. I was able to meet Patronus, his lovely wife, Smartypenguin, Bso, Yodah, and Liotte. And even with 7 People, we didnt win the lotto. Still, it was very fun to hang out with them. Unfortunately, Patronus's back flared up and I think he had to leave at intermission ( but I think he enjoyed the show. Ill post more tomorrow.

wow, if you usually don't cry in the cinema and you did it now, I will have to bring hundreds of tissues with me.
I always cry, I don't know why...well, maybe the music that attacks me with this stereo dolby surround stuff.

you're so funny, Annie!
oooh, i just found out that Janet Jackson and Macaulay Culkin are going to be filming a movie around here in March. cool stuff. i loathe Janet, but loooove Macaulay. it's a film called "Tennessee". ...original, i know.
Hey all! I saw The Color Purple yesterday, and I have to say... I loved it. I really did. LaChanze was out, but her understudy was incredible. It's definitely a show worth seeing.. could possibly even win best musical. Especially with Oprah's name attached to it.
I would just like to say that.. RENT THE MOVIE COMES OUT IN 3 DAYS.
And, of course, I love Greg Jbara.
2 days for me Kerrie!
Yeah, gotta go visit cousins soon, may post from there but well very briefly I can say...Naked Girl and Ice Cream w/ Matt went very well....funny moments where I knew he didn't remember my name b/c you know I never mention it and his attempt to remember/guess it...more later, but interesting names he thought of...and the best moment was when we were talking about BWW and he asked something like how many times a day do we go on and my lovely friend who knows how addicted I am screams out ask Amanda how many times and he asked me...I start laughing and make a face and I'm like once...and my friend goes yeah she opens it once in the morning and never closes it the whole day!
And DRS was wonderful as usual. Joanna came out and signed my poster and I finally got to Greg Graham who was a little suprised he was one of 2 who hadn't signed b/c he knows me and such and we talked about softball for a bit and he saw me last week when he was on and I was in the 4th row. So now the one person who has to sign is Roxane. I really wanted to be done w/ it. Oh well, one more time I suppose, I'll figure something out.
Like I told Rachelle, I wish I was able to see her as Jolene, I've seen Julie already and she offers a very different take on the character but I just prefer Sara. She just has more of the stage presence and feeling of the character, of course I don't fault Julie for that as she's used to dancing in the chorus in that number so it's hard to do that to suddenly have to lead the dance.
Funny, exaggerated John/Norbert moments, glad to see the 2 of them again after 2 times w/o one.
Asked some ppl about the Gypsy event, as of now they're not completely sure what's going on, Greg Graham is definitely choreographing a number and DRS will definitely be represented but they're not positive they're doing a number(of course I said they better and certain of them better be there so we'll see...)
Great fun day as usual. And there's always something more to look forward to:
2 days till the Rent movie and Q&A w/ the cast!
