I agree with whoever said the whole Empire State Bldg was a total put on...and Angela's sketch was hysterical...no wonder it isn't "part of her process!"
Boring clothes for a boring company, and even Nina did the whole, "This is boring" thing.
"Carson has combined his passion for helping children with his love for one of Cincinnati's favorite past times - cornhole - to create a unique and exciting event perfect for a corporate outing, entertaining clients or family fun."
She's still an ass...tho her rap last week was partly Vincent's fault. I wouldnt want to have worked with him either.

I've been curious about one thing, what is the time frame in between each challenge? In other words, in real time, how long did it take to film all of the episodes?

"I loved how Angela's story started out with the Empire State Building, to, "I was inspired this morning by the sunrise at the Empire State Building"
And WTF is with the show challenges and NYC buildings anyway? Season One has Jay McCarroll's Empire State Building art deco dress (gorgeous), then Chloe Dao was inspired by tall buildings last season with her column dress, and now Angela. Although it's easy to understand how NY architecture can serve as a muse, it's unoriginal at this point! I'll bet most of the designers have watched the other seasons.
at least with the pieces of Jay and Chloe you could see the inspiration go from building to garment... but the Empire State Building...are you kidding me? That outfit looked like every other piece INC has put out, no inspiration, no creativity
This is the first season that I've watched the show and I LOVE it!

DramaDork... i really disagree... i really dislike it when the judges compare everything thats big and over the top to Santino... his design aesthetic during the show was to create wearable art... and when he created his pieces there was an intent and a point of view... with the other designers, not so much. If you look at the horrible ice skating design, for instance, he knew that his look was awful, but he would rather have a point of view be described than put together something lackluster... i can't say for the other designers that they KNOW the true intent of their pieces and KNOW that they won't go over well
I disagree, too (re: Santino). I do think he screwed up royally with the fug Sasha Cohen outfit, the liederhosen lingerie and Kara's ugly jumpsuit, and a couple of other things, but when he was on, he was REALLY on. The dreamy, bright blue voluminous dress for the first challenge, the Nicky Hilton dress, the clothes-off-your-back dress, the Garden Party dress made of plants, etc. And he was a really fun villain. With a dead-on Tim Gunn impersonation that was hilarious! And a pretty decent singing voice. And I know he could be an absolute dick--with awful qualities (I hated when he made fun of Diana, and he was self-absorbed to the point of being completely un-self aware!) but there was something about him that made me want to root for him. He made great TV! And I looooooved his final collection (thought Chloe's was bad '80s prom).
blueroses... i completely agree, his final collection was THE best, it was absolutely gorgeous... i hate how the judges keep referring to him as this awful designer... he's not
Santino's POV on the show was very often "F*CK YOU". frankly i don't want to wear "F*CK YOU". OTOH, his designs for his final presentation were beautiful.
i loved santino. i really think he should have won, or even daniel v. i dont know, chloe just didnt have what it takes for me. she was talented but not as talented as santino and daniel v. but theyll all get success since they are all so talented.
