I'd have to draw the line on Janice. I tried watching her show on E, but I just can't stand her.

Zoneace, please fill me in!! My unintended double entendre went right over my head.
Or, I guess I should have said, I watched her show, and I still can't stand her.

oh nevermind, i thought her show was on E, and then there was the drug reference E, but her show is on Oxygen, so apparently you were rolling while watching her show

Well, producer or not, someone else needs to dress the bitch. I'm sick of her rolling her tall ass out there looking like a mallard duck on peyote.
Suzanne: I never use catalogs. I'd rather go in the store and see all the salespeople groveling and sucking up to you.
Julia: Pardon me, I never knew they were so solicitous at the K-Mart.

i cannot believe that Laura is still in this competition... she makes the same outfit every single time, and the judges have yet to call her out on it
otherwise... i thought that Angela should have left... week after week she shows that she has little to no taste
and i think that clearly Uli should have won
i also didn't think this challenge was really fair... especially the sabotage factor... because mother's will do anything to advance the lives of their kids

Angela was basically coaching her mom to say awful things about Jeffrey... and did you hear the comment that Laura's mother made, also Vincent's sister refused to smile...
i also think that Laura's consruction isn't that great... look at all of the shirt collars she has made... none of them are very good

I actually dig Laura - she's one of my favorite characters on this little show. Laura and Uli. But Michael is my favorite!
Tyra would be a funny hostess...
Only one can be America's. Next. Designer. the other Will. Be. Out. Oh the drama that would ensue!

LOL. I can't believe I misread it all these... months?

I love Laura. Her aesthetic reminds me a lot of Carolina Herrera...impeccable tailoring, beautiful taste. I disagree that she's one note. Rather, I see her as having a very specific point-of-view and style. Ad Michael and many others have noted before, when you see one of her pieces come down the runway, you automatically KNOW it's hers. That's not such a bad thing. And there's certainly a market for her clothing...upscale, tasteful, gorgeous workmanship. I feel like her architecture background comes in handy. She's a problem solver, and looks at each task in that methodical way.
is she the edgiest, the most artistic or the most out-there? Not by a long shot. But that's okay. What she does, she does beautifully. And she knows when she screws up, too (which really hasn't been that often). She's able to look at herself critically...she recognized her mistake last night when the skirt wasn't so flattering. And she doesn't pull a bitchface when she's critiqued.

blueroses, excellent point. I think Laura's designs are impeccable. I have no doubt she will be successful, even if she doesn't win the entire competition.

Ok, I'm not a fan of Angela but the way Jeffrey treated her mom was utterly ridiculous and out of line. He was a total jerk. And all of his clothes are ugly. I wish he would go.
Uli should have won last night.
