How much discount is it? I want to sit super-close for Raul's last show, but there are no guarantees on rush. I may take you up on that.
I've actually had people come up to me and be like "are you Emcee?" at Broadway-related functions. Because like, we'll friend each other on Facebook or something, so then we know what people look like. I'd totally let you guys all sleep over. All of us getting together would be so much fun.

Well, the amount of the discount depends on a lot of things. On what day you go, what month, whether it's an evening or matinee. The matinee performances are always more expensive for some reason. But for the most part I can get a $100 ticket for $60. So, it's not so bad. I'll totally share the code with you if/when you want it!
Aww, a get together would be fun! I just hope I'm in town when it happens. I plan to do Chitty rush on the 30th of this month for the evening performance. Just throwing that out there...
That's so funny! I don't do facebook or anything but a lot of people recognize me from my LJ. Haha.
That's still a lot in comparison, but not so bad for a special occasion. Thanks!
We always talk about how fun it would be to have a big get-together, but it's impossible, since we're all from so many different places. And then people get upset, even though it's totally hypothetical, etc, etc.
I'm addicted to Facebook. My roommate is an LJ nut, and she met up with TONS of LJ people at school. It's totally foreign to me, but I don't really need another internet addiction!

LJ is a lot of fun, for the most part. I've been using it for a few years and I've met so many great people through it. Some of them have ended up being best friends!
I'm still pretty new to these boards, though. But they are quite addicting. Especially a certain thread...

Eventually they learn that I have a real-person name.
I find most social situations to be rather awkward, but this wasn't, BECAUSE of the fact that we know each other so well. It's sort of assumed that you won't know everybody's actual first name... and like... we still called Rath "Rath" at the picnic. Sometimes it just sticks!

And it's shorter!
I've contemplated many times hopping onto the LJ bandwagon, but I guess it boils down to the fact that I'm just too lazy. I have a BWW blog that I have phases of love/hate with, but I like having it here because it keeps everything in one "place."

But of course. At least here, people know who he is!
I abandoned my blog over the summer. Now it's back. I'll probably abandon it again in a few weeks. I get bored of it, or unsure that I want it and stuff. I assume people don't want to read it, but I'm often surprised. People read them. And depending on my mood, that's weird.

I have an LJ name, just so I can comment in the ONE journal I read, hehe. I've never used my own journal, though. I had a BWW blog at one point, but I don't even know if it's still there. I find myself censoring what I write in it, because I know people are reading it. And it's funny, it's not YOU guys, but my friends from home that I'm like, "Eek, I think I'll leave this out." What does that say about my other friends?
