Yes, it does, skittles! :-P I'd honestly rather see a competitive Tony season, and if it waits too long to transfer it seems like it'll lose some of the buzz that's being generated about it right now.

Wow, how dissapointing would it be if you travelled all that way to see Raul and you got his understudy?
I'm always very nervous about understudies when there's someone I want to see.

I want to see the show no matter what, but I can not honestly say that it wouldn't be devastating to get there and have Raul not be there.

If Company transfers, I will jump off a cliff for not taking my one and only chance to see it while it was in my state.
God, please be kind to me for once and let it close permanently in Cincinatti.
Ofcourse, but it's always disapointing if you're looking forward to someone.
No understudies were listed at this point. And considering it's a short run, I don't think they'd want to bring in someone new to learn the entire role, just to not go on. Especially considering how complex and demanding these roles are with the intrument playing. I think they'd probably cancel a performance instead.

*prays to offset prayer made by Nia* Please don't listen to her, she's conflicted, lol.
Yeah, I mean, I don't live in NYC, who knows when my next opportunity to see him would be?

Why, shiksa?
I'm definitely not conflicted. That really just might be the thing to push me over the edge right now. I'd honestly want to die if that happened.
Nia, why don't you see it while it's still in Cincinatti?

Well, don't condemn a really great show from going to Broadway just because you weren't able to see it. If it does move you'd get a cast recording and video clips on BWW and more praise for Raul (if he stays with it). That's a 'good' thing.

Because, M3, not all of us have the time or money.
<-lives in the real world, which means no Broadway stars ever.
Shiksa, have you gotten to see Raul before? I haven't. I'm bitter.
*takes bitterness elsewhere* Sorry to interrupt.

insomniak- what is that supposed to mean? If YOU can't see it in Cincinnati, than no one else should be able to? That's incredibly selfish, considering that this show (and Raul) were practically dropped in your backyard, but you're still finding reasons to complain.
That's like the deal with the Sweeney understudies. It makes my head spin to figure out what gets covered by who when one of them gets sick.
I resent that. I don't see broadway shows every weekend. Just because I saved up money for one event doens't give you the right to make comments like that. I've never seen Raúl, or Mano, or Adam, or Anthony, so how can you say things like that? Updated On: 3/20/06 at 10:28 PM

Nia, I have never seen Raul live. The only person who I admire that I have ever gotten to see live is Julia. I went to Anthony's book signing, but I've never seen him perform. Not all of us go and see shows every weekend, and the fact that all these things are happening in and near Ohio at a time when I have extra cash is just pure luck for me. I would never diss someone for getting to take advantage of opportunities that I am unable to, and I should hope you'd pay me and others the same respect.

SO, about that Raul Esparza guy... Being really cool *searches for topic*
I hope Company comes to broadway. A lot more people would be able to see it. From the reviews, the show sounds really amazing.
