There's very little that makes me happier than Raul singing Sondheim. The end.

So, about Raul needing to do an album... I don't have enough of him on my iPod... not that I ever could, but still!

Does anyone know if Raul has even written music?
Sorry, I'm not as well-versed in the Raul love as everyone else here! For whatever reason, I think he'd be a kickass lyricist.

I don't know, but I kind of doubt it. Either way he should do covers of songs or something, I just want a whole album that is just him. *sigh* I can dream right?
I've never heard that he has, but I wouldn't be surprised if he did.

We should write a letter, hehe.
Dear Raul,
Please make an album.
Love,
You're loving (read: obsessive) fans!
Just take your iPod up to him and ask him to sing until it's full. I'm sure he wouldn't mind, it's not like he has an attitude or anything.
LOL Sarah!
I'm bumping this thread on my way to the airport.
Marry Me a Little honestly makes me want to cry. Like, lump in my throat, on the verge of tears. Raulll.

Lol, I should do that. I should take my recorder to him and be like, Raul, can I make a non-existant b00tleg of everything that ever comes out of your mouth? Because that won't scare him or anything, lol.
Have fun Bohemian!
Bump so that we can hopefully discuss the awesomeness of the radio interview that JO125 dug up on the main board:

I need to listen to that. I'll do it later when I'm sitting around twiddling my thumbs.
Soooooooon I will.

Oo, I didn't know about this! *twiddles thumbs because it's fun*
I'm listening to in now.
Genius. Genius. Genius.
So true.
The interviewer is really good.
Anyway, it's always interesting to hear how much consideration and analysis he puts into the part that he plays, and also the show as a whole. I still remember being kind of blown away by reading about his preparation to play George in Sunday where he talked about trying to see the world as an artist sees, and how that shed new light on the play for him. Anyway, he just seems to have such a perfect, well-articulated understanding of Company and Bobby and how Doyle's concept works for the show. It's so impressive. I love the way that he talks, overall.
My name sounds really hot when he says it. He really drags it out. I'll shut up about that now.
He could speak absolute jibberish and it would be hot.
I'm going to listen to the interview in a few minutes, but I'm really curious to see how he approached Bobby, and how much he divulges about his feelings on the similarities between Bobby and himself. Probably not much, I'm sure. But I so admire how much thought and consideration he puts into his acting -- even in Chitty, he did it.
He makes a teeny reference to it. It was a good interview.
It was a good interview. I wish that it was longer.
Seriously? I'm surprised. Unless he's like "Bobby's kinda like me." Well, duh.
