I was just talking with Chica about how Mano looks different in basically every single picture of him, as well as in person. It's ridiculous.

Is that a new headshot?
I love the old one, he does look like a guy in his mid thirties (which he is) in his fuzzy coat, facial hair one. But man it is SEXY!

I dunno, I like him better without facial hair. But I like his hair -- on his head -- better in the old one.

I thought new, young-looking one was old and someone just found it!
The fuzzy jacket one is SO much better.
Is the other one extremely new? I got the one with the...fuzzy coat and facial hair like a week ago.

Oh, wow.... he looks young, but in an '80s high school senior picture sort of way. I much prefer the the other one.

Okay, just got back. The show was absolutely incredible. Hands down the best I've seen it (this was my 5th). Stagedoored afterwards. First, Donna came out and we chatted for a REALLY long time, which was nice, and she wrote a really sweet message on my playbill (and then told me that the rest of the cast would be mad that she took the whole cover, but that I could blame it on her). I spoke to Mano who was SO SWEET. I was wearing my Cal sweatshirt (my dad went there), and he knew I was coming, so at curtain call, he waved to me, which was cute. So at the stage door he was like "Ohh, did you see me wave to you?" We had a really nice discussion about the Tony nomination. He was clearly exhausted, but it was a 2 show day and he was full on energy the entire time so that makes sense. I had such a great time tonight. I brought a friend who hasn't seen many shows (this was her 3rd), and she loved it. I was really happy about that because none of my friends get how special it is and a lot of them are downright mean to me about it sometimes, so it's nice that a friend really got it. And, she wants to go again! Yay, Mano, yay the entire cast, and yay Sweeney in general!

That's great. The Sweeney cast is so dedicated to their performence. (And so sweet to the fans!)

At the curtain call, Mano especially just looked beat.
He also had to attend a Tony luncheon before the matinee today. So, extra long day for him.

Yeah, what a crazy day. It makes me respect him even more for being able to preform the way he did. The show just gets better and better. People who were there last night: Do you feel like Patti's preformance has changed recently. I noticed a lot of changes between the last time I saw the show and this time and they were all amazing. What do y'all think?
Ooh, keep your eyes out on broadway.com for a video feature on the luncheon. They make one every year, and it's usually fun to watch.
