No, those pictures are from the Outer Critics Circle Awards. We saw him the day of the Drama Critics Circle Awards Citations.

Harvey lives in my town and it's so surreal to see him wandering down Main Street.
Anecdote: Harvey is the only man allowed membership at the gym "Every Woman's Spirit" in my town.

If for some reason I ever bumped into him (because I wouldn't approach him) I'd b like, excuse me while I grab you from the back of the neck like that lady who gave you the vase of flowers!
