Speaking of Brokeback Mountain (sort of..), there was a really great photo of Heath Ledger in the New York Times Magazine from last Sunday. It's my wallpaper, and it's beautiful.

Okay! Can't take it any longer. =) I have read the entire thread and am no longer able to resist and not post, I feared I will be addicted to this thread for life. Not like it's a bad thing right? 
What is Mano's background? Nationality wise? I know he was born in SF and someone mentioned that he was Latino? I don't really see it in him. Anyone know?

heh. This is over Spring break, but MAYBE I can convince my mother to let me come back into town for it -- you know, being a Jewish event and all. She always gets upset that I've sort of dropped the level of religious involvement in my life.
Maybe she'll want to come... aaaah.

haha. My mother is providing ENDLESS laughs lately.
I told her about the Purim... thing, and she was like "why do you want go to a thing for gay/lesbian/transgender people? Is your friend gay?"
"No."
"No, seriously! Is she?"
"No, mom. I promise!"
Then I looked and realized it was a fundraiser FOR this cause, not actually AT it, if it's any comfort to her of my "normalcy." I told her if she lets me go, I will find out how old Mano is.
Which is a total lie.

When I logged in this morning, the first thing that crossed my mind was talking to my mom last night, the whole Sweeney confusion thing. I burst out laughing, it was great. I started cracking up on my way to class, too.
