I just sat here and watched as Em tried to call and get tickets. The telecharge link is still dead, so she called Joe's Pub instead. I think she was transferred around three times and was given two additional numbers to try. Somehow, each time she was sent back to telecharge, who were having system problems and still don't have him listed. Oy.
