I'm supposed to bring a copy of my resume to this interview, right? Or should I assume they have it? I mean, I know they do -- I sent it, but... what's customary?

aw, but that's all I have. I'm not gonna wear my normal ones, I have dressy flip flops.

Well I finally found a space for my pastry shop. I have an appointment to look at it tomorrow. Am I scared; you bet!!

Here's just a little banal thought I just had after reading some of the posts on this board: what the HECK kind of chip exists on some poster's shoulders that they take their opinion so highly and dismiss others so glibly? God, if they're THAT insightful and intelligent, why are they college dropouts posting on Broadwayworld rather than political movers and shakers?

just for the record, i am not a college dropout.

Yes. I hate Nicole Kidman, her botoxed forehead AND her wonky eyes.

Oh then I can't be with you bway, if you hold that kind of opinion....

I'd like to know what posts/posters he speaks of.

Ultra Banal:

I might have to re-arrange my wall in order to find a place for my Les Mis poster. The only available space is on my door, and I know I'd be seriously creeped out if I had to see Cosette's gigantic eyes staring at me all night. (The wall everything else is on is the same one my bed is against, so I don't have to stare directly at it while I try to sleep) Redoing the whole thing woudl be a huge pain, so I'm leaving the poster on the floor instead, or at least until the mother makes me move it.

Happy Banal:

My aunt was released from the hospital and the school levy passed. We won't have to lose all of our extracurriculars, thank God.

a lifetime of Banality I'm glad she's doing ok. She had some mysterious kidney infection but it's going away now.

How are you, cookie?

Yeah, they turned up eventually. It's fine; I was just really annoyed and stressed and a bit worried about it last night.

How are you?

Oh, good. I'm glad everything was o.k. with them.

I'm doing good. Heading out to join the rest of the 5:00 commuters. Oh the joy!

What did you think of the AP English exam?

Except for a few people, no one really seems to call me. Of course, a few minutes after I begin to nap, my phone rings. Figures.

I just listened to Rent for the first time in like...2 months. Whoops?

I have no idea where my mother is. She's not answering her cell phone or the house phone. Hm.

I'm glad you found your parents and that everything is okay, nia, and that's good news about your aunt.

I need to study but I can't concentrate. Too many things on my mind. I feel helpless and just want to smack my head into a wall, as if that will help.

I'm dying over here..I feel so so sick that I'm about to cry. I have the worst migraine and crying only makes it hurt more. I'm so sensitive to the light, and there's no dark places in my house so I'm wearing glasses. I feel like sh*t I just threw up to try and make it better, but it's not. I just want to feel well :'(.

I hope you feel better, but if you have a migraine, the computer is not the best place to be -- and you forced yourself to throw up?

I'm naushus (sp?) so I thought it would make me feel better to just throw up already, but it didn't (plus I barely threw up anything because I can't really make myself). I know the computers not good, but every other place is either noisy or too bright. I hate this.
#3649

Go somewhere and close your eyes. And making yourself throw up is not a good thing; you probably would have eventually, but don't force it. Feel better.

Feel better, Mel!

Ugh, AP English exam. That was not a fun experience. I despise writing essays. What did you think, Lexi?
