This Goonies Fan Just Had An Amazing Encounter!

I was downtown at a poster store a few hours ago and bought a GOONIES movie poster since the one I used to have was destroyed a while ago. I got off the train to head home and who was standing there? JOSH F'IN BROLIN. I went up to him and told him I JUST bought a Goonies poster and he cut me off with "No way!! Can I sign it for you??" he did and we stood there for a little while talking about the movie, the cast, it's cultural impact etc. I have to say, that was one of the coolest and most random thing that's ever happened to me!

Just had to share. :)

No. That would have been too much for me to handle, so it's for the best.
Thank God his Mother In Law wasn't with him or I really would have lost my shlt.

The Goonies Blu Ray (i think it's on the dvd too) has one of best commentaries out there. And a lot of that is thanks to Josh Brolin.

I love it but I wish Someone would have put a muzzle on Feldman during it. He's a little more restrained during the new STAND BY ME commentary (which I highly recommend).

I can handle the Feldman since Martha Plimpton is beyond genius on that commentary. She is stunned and appalled by everything in that film.

Seriously Jordan, that is amazing and a wonderful story. Im thrilled for you. I got as excited when I met Martha after Pal Joey and she was totally cool with the fact that I adored The Goonies. She loved it too.

I was thinking about Martha Plimpton when I was talking about the commentary too. In fact, I forgot that Feldman talked so much until you reminded me. I'm gonna go watch it again! I didn't know that about Brolin either
