What are your plans? I am from New York, and I am not watching the Super Bowl tonight.
I would assume it's gonna be a slow night for the theatre..Are shows even playing tonight?
Update: I forgot the Sunday schedule..only matinee performances.

I hate football and don't care for Tom Petty, so I doubt I will make any effort. but, it is fun to catch the commercials and some of the other performers.
I just moved, so unless I can find my antenna (wont have cable til Tues), I won't even be able to.
however, the local gay bar is showing it with drink specials and go go boys. lol that could be fun.

Won't be watching. Football doesn't do anything.
I'll probably watch ALL ABOUT EVE, I haven't finished it yet.

I will be either watching random movies to fill the void of friends being busy and do homework.
I depise football with a passion.
Its so boring to watch.
My family is way into it.
I will go down and grab food to keep myself fed and may pop in for a moment for a commerical or two. And of course, crazy Paula's video during the pre-show.

I'm not sure what I'll be doing, but I won't be watching football.....
However, I did find it especially odd that when I stopped to pick up my dinner, the cashier said "Enjoy the Game". And even at the theatre this afternoon, the woman who announced the show said "I just want to wish everyone good luck in the Superbowl". When did the Superbowl become a National Holiday on par with Thanksgiving? I'd never been wished a "Happy Superbowl" before!

Posted: 2/3/08 at 8:04pmAs I said on the other thread, I think it's that game where they hit the big orange ball with the long sticks into the goalpost for a homerun. But, I'm not really sure. I've decided to watch highlights of my favorite musicals. Starting with Funny Face and then we'll see where the mood takes me. The closest I'll get to football tonight is if I watch the Shipoopi episode of Family Guy.
