The area where this is located is called Mermaid Quay. This is a note from the Management explaining who Ianto was -- and yes there were a few people who came by while I was there who were unfamiliar with Torchwood!

That's amazing! I've visited Ianto's back passage before, but I'm REALLY not sure what to say about the memorial. XD A testament to the lunacy of fans and the power of entertainment, I suppose. :)

You may be right Weez. It kind of makes me wonder what will happen after Doctor 10 regnerates into Doctor 11. People are already judging Matt Smith unworthy of the role, and they haven't even seen his Doctor yet! *rolleyes*
