Don't judge my driving abilities from this, but the first time I listened to that old copy was full blast on my car stereo, and I actually almost got into a car accident because that whistling made me clap my hands on my ears and drift into the next lane. Do you think I could have written it off as being an unforeseeable health issue?

Once I get more CDs, I can pass on a copy to you. Is your trade still going through?


Groupie, any luck finding two of your friends who detest each other but are U2 friends, and would like to each have a single ticket to the Vegas show? (Oy.)

Well, Elphie's sending me Boston I and II, and I'm supposed to be getting Chicago IV, and two others (I'm not sure which, I told her to pick whatever was the best: from Vancouver, Phoenix I, and/or Seattle I) I'm also getting some DVDs, but I'm still in the process of figuring out if I can make copies of them. That's a bit of a project, unfortuately.

If you could burn some DVDs, I would...uh...make it worth...uh...your while. *adjusts spaghetti straps uncomfortably but tries to look smoldering* Don't worry about reciprocating. I just need to buy a stack of burned CDs, is all. The audios I'm really looking for is Boston II or III and Chicago II or IV. Was Vancouver any good?

I don't know about Vancouver. I set up the trade w/ someone who didn't have any older shows, so I said I wanted Chicago and 2 others for 3 older shows. I'm not sure which she's sending. I didn't really pick.

I can definitely send Chicago IV and Boston II...I'm still on the lookout for Boston III too. I think that's about it that I really want.

I'll see what I can do about the DVDs. If push comes to shove, maybe I'll just buy a DVD burner at Best Buy, go crazy copying, and return it. I should be able to make copies at work, but I'm at West Point...don't know if it's such a good idea asking to burn illegal bootleg DVDs. Alternatively, my friend has a DVD burner, but she hasn't hooked it up (and I'm not sure when she's going to, so I'm not sure if that'll be an option, or if it is, when it'll be an option...I'm on it though!) I've asked my friend at work a few times, but she's a bit overwhelmed w/ deadlines, so I feel bad asking. I need to get PopMart Mexico copied though. I set up a trade for the Irving Plaza DVD already! Oops!

Apparently Jez is a guy. I didn't realize this until I read that too. I always associate him with his avatar, who is decided effeminate.

And I'm pretty sure Groupie's a gal. She mentioned bringing her husband to Vegas for the U2 show, I think. And I know 59 million of you Yanks aren't ready to see two hubbys or two wives, so I figure she's a lady.

I found someone who might have been selling a pair of tix to see Alanis Morissette on her acoustic Jagged Little Pill tour for tomorrow night at Radio City. She was supposed to get back to me either way by 10 tonight (her sister may have wanted to take them)...I really wanted to go! Booo!!!
