Very sweet send off for Cecily Strong last night. I’d say she was the last of the SNL cast(minus Keenan) that I really grew up on. She’ll definitely be missed, but I think this new cast has proven that they go on without her. I think she has a really lovely voice and would not be shocked if Broadway is on her horizon either in a play or musical.
In our millions, in our billions, we are most powerful when we stand together. TW4C unwaveringly joins the worldwide masses, for we know our liberation is inseparably bound.

Hm, wonder why he leaves without doing the Goodnights? There have been rumors on and off for years that he was unhappy and leaving the show, but as co-anchor of Update, he's also co-head writer with Colin Jost, and they both kill it every week. And they certainly must be paying him enough to stay. Why, then, does he seem cranky about that job? It's one of the most lucrative jobs in television; the cast regulars make $25k per episode, and head writers must make more.
And also...why is no one talking about Austin Butler hosting last week and how HE killed it, as well?!? The guy's racking up award nominations like M&M's (and well-deserved). So is Baz Luhrmann and other departments on the production team for the entire film.
"There is no use trying," said Alice; "one can't believe impossible things." "I dare say you haven't had the practice," said the Queen. "When I was your age, I always did it for half an hour a day. Why, sometimes I've believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast." --Alice in Wonderland
I am wondering what people thought about Sam Harris kind of channeling Lil Nas X. The song chorus sounded a bit like the one in Industry Baby and Harris was also wearing bright pink like Nas and the others in his video.
What is that link supposed to...link to? It just links to the home page for all threads on the Broadway chat board...
