I love how Anthony and Traci always make an attempt at Tangoing and then relize they need to be in front of the microphone to sing. I just wanna go "Let Them Tango Dammit!"
Adam has always closed his eyes when he sings. At his Rent auditions, they had to ask him to open his eyes. Rock star reflex.

I leave for 3 hours and look at the madness!
:) If I was Anthony, I would have been very frightened by inapropothoughts. But since I'm not, I like it.

Wow, I'm gone for a week and there's a new thread. Awesome :)
You guys are too funny!
You guys are funny.
I was gone the whole weekend and I missed like 15 pages of this thread. I did read the part about using proper grammar and such, and I agree. I'm a journalism student, so I try my hardest to do so anyway.
Oh well, I hope everyone is having a nice weekend.

wow, a lot to comment on since the last time I was here...
So even though it was a few pages back, I LOVE blue-hair Anthony. I'm all about some fun hair dye. (even it it was just photoshopped- amazing job on that btw)
Tacos- my 2 year old nephew is also named Noah, and my sister calls him Noey sometimes, so your mom could've said that over the intercom in your dream!. Of course, if he's in trouble my sis says "No-no, Noah!" You know that's got to be confusing for a little kid!
threadjack, but who else would kinda care other than my BWW friends? I was just watching the recent Dancing with the Stars that I TiVo'd and one of the couples danced to a cutup version of "Cell Block Tango" from Chicago. This was right after I posted in another thread that I'd love to play Roxie, Velma, or a merry murderess. Crazy huh?
Anyway...
Ok I am to going add to the whole quiz thing/inappropriate things online about Anthony (and Adam and anyone else)
This is so disrespectful. Fan fictions about characters, that is ok because it is the character not the person. But having that quiz or even saying things (like some that have been said here) on a public forum is rude! How would you like people talking about you like that? I'm guessing you would think it is creepy and not want to associate yourself with fans like that.
Also, Anthony may say he is okay with some of the stuff on inaprop, but most likely he is just being nice because he is a nice guy. Yes, not all of it actually is inappropriate, but some of the stuff is just awful.
In closing, if you are such a big fan of Anthony (or anyone for that matter) respect them!
I agree with caitiesus. Quizzes involving having sex with Anthony=creepy. Like, wouldn't it be weird to find a chat board with people talking about you like that? I think it would, but that's just me. In any case, it is just a little disrepesctful and possibly a tad stalker-ish.
I know! I dont know what his reaction would be if he found out Id be too afraid

In defense of the quiz-poster, etc . . .
This is the internet, and last time I checked, it is still uncensored. If you don't like quizzes like that, don't take them. If you're creeped out by some fan fic, don't read it. At least that's what I do. I am a member of inapropothought for the icons and pictures, so I read the little blurbs on each fan fic post and decide whether or not to read the story. Usually, I don't. But just because I'm not into fan fic (especially when it crosses the line from characters (Mark/Roger) to real people (Anthony/Adam)), doesn't mean that I'm going to be the person to tell the writer that it's weird or gross or rude or whatever. Haven't you heard of "To each his own"? How would you feel if someone was attacking your posts like this? Or worse, your hobbies? I have friends who call me a freak just because I bought a Mark scarf. Just because they're not into it, I'm apparently some sort of social deviant. Don't you see that you're doing the same here?
I thought this thread was supposed to be about people coming together to bask in Anthony-love, not a place to be judged because of it.
(and I just participated in board drama . . . le sigh.)
lol. I probably should've joined this thread earlier. I love you guys already. :)
"This is the internet, and last time I checked, it is still uncensored."
Except this is a message board, and it IS censored. Try typing out certain curse words, or posting pornographic pictures. The mods have to maintain a certain standard here. If you want to post all the sex stories in the world, fine. Just don't bring it to this board.
Okay, I didn't tell you to stop posting, and no one made fun of your Mark scarf... crikey, most of us are probably jealous of it... and I have the right to express my opinion about the posts just as you have the right you to post that. And while this board is about coming together and spreading the Anthony-love, we can also civilized discussions. Also, I wasn't commenting on the fanfic, seeing as how I haven't read it yet and therefore have no right to say anything about it. I was merely expressing my opinion on the quizzes, and I absolutely respect you and your opinion on this. Now let's not argue anymore, as this whole thing is stressing me out.
Update: Correction on the whole Mark-scarf thing. Had to reread your post.
And actually, a lot of the Internet is censored. Only most people don't know that because it's, well, censored.
Just an intetesting tidbit.
Wow. Just because it's uncensored, you don't think you should just use some common sense? Common courtesy? These actors aren't toys for us to play with, and every little fantasy people have isn't automatically fair game just because they get a kick out of it. That's just not fair.
As for telling people what you think of fanfiction, and posting it on the internet? If it's the internet and its uncensored, and people should be allowed to post what they will, then I can turn that right back around and say that it goes for opinions, too. This uncensored free expression thing isn't a one-way street. Nobody's saying to stop writing fanfiction. I stretch this like you did, mauriposa -- if they can write fanfiction, I can express my opinion about it.
But this isn't even strictly about fanfiction, which we've discussed ad-nauseum. It's about *public* crossing of lines, and saying things that, yes, are weird, and honestly, blatantly foolish. Are these things you would say to a person's face? Would you really walk up to Anthony Rapp or Adam Pascal and say "you're gay, but let's go f*ck in a closet anyway," or "divorce your wife for me because I want to have your babies!"? I sure as f*cking Hell hope not.
I have friends who call me a freak just because I bought a Mark scarf.
Again, you stretch this too far. How is that the same? Yes, you're being called out for something you like, but honestly, that's where the similarity ends. Is there anything offensive to someone in buying a scarf? No. Buying a scarf is not the same as writing and posting a pornographic story about, or being completely disrespectful to someone.
I've said again and again that I dislike my tendency to be judgemental of people in terms of how they express their... though I hate this word, fandom, or to disparage it. But this isn't, to me, about being judgemental, or trying to get anyone not to love Anthony, or to talk about how great they think he is, and share this experience with other fans. It's about lines being crossed, and its about common sense. It's about just being respectful, which many of the things people say around here are not. I mean, can't you have this shared experience with other Anthony fans and express your love for him in a respectful way? Especially knowing that he's out there? Is that so hard?
The actors aren't objects to be made targets for a bunch of raging hormones.
