Although it is time for me to go to bed, I am curious about this. I don't recall ever calling Rath a gay-bashing lesbo (although I DO recall Bso writing the comment that sent her off into exile). I'm not saying I didn't call her a gay-bashing lesbo, it just doesn't sound like me.

I don't recall ever in my life conflating the written word with the physical act of "bashing," ie to perpetrate physical violence against someone. I find those who do to be sloppy thinkers who belittle the experiences of survivors of actual violence.
