I met him in school. We were friends for about a year before we started dating, but I didn't know him that well. For some reason, at the time, I just thought his antisocialness was endearing. At the time, I didn't know the half of what I know now about him. ANd if I didn't, who knows? Maybe I'd still be intersted in being with him.

I mean, don't get me wrong. There are plenty of nice things I could say about him. THey just don't stand out at the moment.

How often do I excercise? Hardly.
How often do I eat fruit/vegetables? Do fruit smoothies count?

my persoanl favorite way to end a relationship is with some sort of sharp instrument to a soft fleshy area.

Zoneface, I can't do that! That's terrible! I don't have anywhere near the money to pay for his hospital bills.

Haha, totally kidding. Like I said, I might not love him but I do not want to physically hurt him. The emotional pain, however, is inevitable.

As an update: I got the ball rolling today. I told him that I wasn't sure that this was a good time to be in a relationship because I am going through a lot of changes and we agreed to meet tomorrow night for dinner to discuss it. Now all I have to do is figure out what to actually say to him.

Start with the hygiene.

You said at one point that you'd hoped to change those things about him, but if he still had you as his girlfriend he didn't really have much impetus to change. Maybe if he loses you because of it, he'll realize these ARE serious problems and finally do something about them.

Not that you'll know, really. You'll be off dating someone who showers, brushes his teeth and wears clean clothes.

I always thought he was gay too, actually...

My mother does as well...

And there's a good reason why I think so, but I can't really tell you guys because that wouldn't be fair to him. Let's just say that he's done a little experimentation over the Internet before.

There have been so many threads on BWW that I've laughed at but I was eating chips and I nearly choked.

This isn't a funny "subject"- but the responces had me crying from laughter.

I may just have to print this thread out and save it...
