By far Sporty...although you can't see it in that picture. Plus she is the only one with a still successful music career.

I had a crush on Posh back in the day. The quiet confidence was hot. Now she scares me a bit though.

I wouldn't go so far as to say Mel C/Sporty is the only one with a still successful music career. She might have sold the most albums of the five, but that was off of Northern Star from 99. Geri had a nice career going. In terms of staying in the public eye (which, really, as much I love the Spice Girls...is what they're all about), I'd have to give it to Victoria for doing the best post-SG.

Posh definitely wins in terms of where she's at now, but I have a soft spot for Baby (Emma Bunton). She may not have sold as many albums as some of the others, but have you seen the video for her song "Maybe"? It's on the site-that-must-sometimes-not-be-named. Very fun.

Um, I didn't ask how well they're doing.

I asked how well they're looking.

Now get on it you buggas, and start judging based on looks alone!

Oh! Which has aged the best!

Mel B. Or Emma.
I have NEVER met Cheyenne Jackson. I have never hung out with him in his dressing room, he did not tweet me, he never bought me a beverage, and he mostly certainly didn't tickle me. . .that is all.

That's a bad shot of Sporty. She looks good. Looks like she got her teeth fixed.

I vote Sporty, then Ginger.

Wow, some of them look very different. Mel B looks great! As does Ema, I'd agree on that. Posh is looking a little...odd, though.

I always thought Emma ironically looked the oldest.

But in terms of transformation, Sporty looks the best.

It was awesome.

My favs! The Mels Brown & Chisholm!

Vic needs a good fattening southern meal. She is reading colder than she used to, which is sad b/c she was always personable and nice, with a good dry sense of humor.

Posh looks like ET or a robot or something in that picture! My vote is definitely for Geri.

I don't vote baed on notoriety, because then Posh would win for doing nothing other and than breeding a soccer mega-star's children. She has contributed ZILCH culturally.

Sporty has done some great music and sold many albums albeit not recently and Geri has done several hot albums in Europe was well as carving a nitch for herself as a wellness guru, yoga and nutrition instructor. So I vote for Sporty and Ginger, as they have evolved very nicely.

Honestly, all of them except for Posh. She's been looking like an alien for years; it's strange that people are only noticing it now. She had an absolutely awful breast job considering the obscene amount of money she has, too.

Mel B looks great for just having had a kid. I believe Emma is actually due soon. Both Geri and Emma would probably look better if they used some makeup to brighten their features.

All of them have actually aged really well.

re: Which Spice Girl Withstood the Test of Time?

I don't like how Posh doesn't look a thing like she did when the Spice Girls were going strong. It's weird. HA and about 2 months ago in my English class, we had this substitute, and we were discussing something along the lines of media influence on teens or whatever for our upcoming speak outs, and she goes on this WHOLE rant about how Victoria Beckham should not be going out dressed in barely anything when she was 3 young boys. She needs to set a better example for motherhood, I think she was saying. I love subs.

But Sporty was my fav. I was like 7 when I got her doll version. My mom hated buying it for me because she hated the Spice Girls, but I never gave up my love for her. Except when I turned 8, and then it wasn't cool to like them anymore. But now it is cool to look back and adore them.
Craziness.
I mean, Denzel Washington? Gun to my head..of course.

re: Which Spice Girl Withstood the Test of Time?

Melanie C looks the best now. Geri and Emma also look great in that picture, but the last time I saw Geri on Graham Norton she was way too skinny and fake tanned. She looked terrible. Melanie B looks pretty good too. Victoria is the only one who has really lost any and all resemblance to a human being.
