Republicans JUST CAN'T STAND when they lose fairly. When they say they "can't understand", they mean "I can't believe people voted a Blalck guy over a White guy"

Who lost fairly?

They still (allegedly) rigged voting machines and (brazenly) tried to turn back the clock on voting rights, doing everything they possibly could to dis-enfranchise those segments of the population they deemed unlikely to vote for their candidate.

Their shock and disbelief, I believe, is due in part to their certainty that if all else failed, the fix was in as a last-resort safety net.

I would love to see what the REAL popular vote statistics look like. We will never know.

I'm not comfortable painting the GOP in white face but Cal Thomas is the latest to host a pity party. Please read on at the jump.

If anything this election clinches the fact that there are going to be far less viable presidential candidates who identify as Baby Boomers. Some Republican said on one of the major networks on election night that Mitt Romney may be the last of his generation running. Obama, who I think correctly is placed in Generation Jones rather than a Boomer (my mother is 2 years older than him and she has never identified with the Boomers), is a candidate not tied to much of the major events that defined the Boomer generation with notable exception to the impact the Civil Rights movement had on him- but he was not involved. Paul Ryan is probably the first Generation X candidate on a major party ticket line and I can definitely envision Generation X dominating the next two election cycles of major candidates.

The GOP needs to get younger and more in tune with how 21st century GOTV works. Reading up on the Romney campaign's Project Orca, they have a lot of work to do.

Well I'm not watching TV or following anything on Facebook on the election. I don't want to be upset and stressed all day long! I'm going to hibernate away from news until the shouting is over and hopefully it won't be drug on for weeks with fighting over ballots.

I'm so glad this is over. I just hope I'm happy with the results. If not we are seriously thinking about leaving. I couldn't bear watching America fade away and die.

Donie Deaton Things are so integrated all over, I heard Germany is now in trouble as they are the check book for the rest of the financially strapped countries, they now no longer have funds to run their own country. This whole world is being impacted and we are turning to having skills to trade for goods since $ continues to depreciate and become worthless.

Linda Wilcox Roach Dhennin Yes Germany is the only country in the 'Europe' group that has any money but I heard they are not fortifying the rest of Europe and may pull out of the 'euro' and go back to their own money. Actually most of the countries are thinking of doing the same in an attempt to save what they have left. George Soros continues his goal to take down one country after another and he is doing a great job. He has even affected the Japanese market. Yes, the entire world is being impacted and America may eventually be just another 3rd world country with outrageous homeless, hungry, and unemployed. No matter where we go, it will be a struggle but at least we would be among family and friends and people who speak English! Yes even in France people speak English, as you know. But I speak some French and am working on doing better with Rosetta Stone! "
