Because it seems like everyone else has these all consuming plans. And all these parties we have to go to.. they leave me feeling empty. And my trip is still a few weeks away and I can't wait to get out of here.
re: Who Needs! Mojito Time? (25th Anniversary)#4533
Posted: 12/17/07 at 12:27pmMaybe you should go volunteer to help at a hospital or children's home or elderly home or soup kitchen and bring some holiday spirit to those in need. I always did the soup kitchen thing on Christmas day and it is a great way to help others and bring some meaning to the giving aspect of the holiday season.

I am donating toys this year. I have volunteered in the past. No time this year. But excellent suggestion.

Glad you were able to go out and make a difference!!!
The concert tonight was very Christian (I didn't know it would be ALL Christmas songs), but it was great. And lots of toys were donated to needy children, which was the best part.
