Shira, sad to say that you should probably NOT procrastinate seeing PQ because who knows how long it will last.
That's true. And I thnk terribly sad, when you imagine the amount of jobs that will be so rapidly lost.

Yes, MP, I may not make it in time to see PQ. Very bad reviews.
The reviews were unnecessarily mean, but that's what "sells papers," you know?

I did not finish the Chicago Tribune review - hateful reviewer and not worth the time.
I saw it Friday night with a friend who saw it twice in Chicago, and she said it isn't the same show...so much better. I really enjoyed it. I can understand the critics not liking it, but they made it sound much worse than it is. I expected to HATE it, so I was pleasantly surprised. I wish you could see it as it is now, Brd.

Well, maybe soon. I wanted to come to previews, but no go!
I'll definitely see it. Maybe I'll do PQ and Les Miz in one day and make it a true "Boublil and Schoenberg" day.

We were so lucky because Stephanie has not appeared in the show since Friday night. She's sick and missed all 3 Saturday and Sunday performances. I hope she's feeling better. She is so sweet.
The weather was awful in NYC this past weekend. Come in May! Everything will be better then (even Steph, I hope.) there is something very nasty going around right now. My poor husband spent all day and night in bed yesterday while I went out, saw two shows, had lunch out with family and friends and then dinner with friends. He's a real sport though. Didn't want to keep me from having fun.

We had some stomach flu here, but it was over in a few days.
This is what I saw and this is what I rank them:
1. The Drowsy Chaperone (twice)
2. Inherit the Wind
3. The Big Voice: GOD or MERMAN
4. The Pirate Queen
5. Legally Blonde
6. Curtains
7. Jason Robert Brown
How was BIG VOICE? I've been considering seeing it.
GO SEE IT!!! This was my second time and I oved it even more this time. What are you waiting for???? GO!!!!!!
Gee, I have a lot to see. That rhymes.
I should go to bed. After all, I DO have school. Which totally gets in the way of my theatre and social life.
Miss P - I thought you were seeing GG w/ Moore on this trip as well?
Morning y'all. Looks cold today.
Hey there Shira! Yes, it was cold this morning. I should check the report for the week, but I've been lazy!
What are you up too today?
This week BITES, weather wise.
Classes, meeting, home. And then the crapload of homework I mentioned procrastinating on earlier.
Lots of coffee.

Shira - sorry we missed your call. As for the trip, it's completely up in the air. The TinMan has an audition today and another later this week - both for leads in short films. Needless to say, that will have an impact should either project become reality.
Oh WOW. That's GREAT for him. Just keep me posted.

DG - Shira just had the nicest things to say about you this weekend! I cannot wait until I finally get to meet you!

Shira - WHAT kind of influence are you having on Manny?!?!? He was supposed to watch out for you, fo God's sake!
Tink - believe everything . . .
I thought you'd be proud. He was watching out for me. He didn't want ME to drink it all, so he did?
